Hello! I'm an aspiring DM and I need some help. If I wanted to create a charming and kinda annoying bard/minstrel NPC, that is secretly a rebellious teenage dragon, which one of the metallic dragon race should I use for that role? (Sorry, my English sucks. It's not my first language)
I'd reccomend either a Copper, Brass, or Mercury dragon. These all lean on the Chaotic Good side of the spectrum, so it might be easier to fit their archetypes to your little rebel. I'll go ahead & post some blurbs I found on the Forgotten Realms wiki, from their it's up to you to choose which feels right for your secret-keeping songbird!
(Also, you're English is great, no need to apologize)

"Copper dragons are born pranksters, jokesters, and riddlers. They are chaotic good and live in rocky mountains. Copper dragons have an acid breath weapon but preferred to avoid combat altogether, instead taunting and teasing foes until they leave."
"Brass dragons are extremely talkative and love the intense heat of deserts. They often engage foes and friends alike in hours of long-winded conversation. They avoid combat if possible, but will use their breath weapon, a cone of sleeping gas, to subdue foes if threatened. They are the weakest of the classic metallic dragons, but still chaotic good."
"Mercury dragons are whimsical, impulsive creatures. They delight in unpredictability and are reputed to be mentally unstable as well. While mercury dragons have no venomous attacks, their flesh and breath weapons are highly poisonous."
