I'm all for Naezono but I strongly hc/believe that Sayaka wasn't thinking of Makoto at all when writing Leon's name on the wall. I feel like Kyoko was just trying to make him feel better

Kyoko… the ultimate detective, good at reading people and solving mysteries, not very known for her emotional intelligence and social awareness.

Besides Sayaka obviously liked Makoto, she remembered that he helped rescue a crane from their time in middle school.

She definitely wasn’t comfortable or ready to betray and kill, if she was killing Makoto himself would have been easier.
