This post is from half a year ago so I'm not sure if you're still interested and I don't really make human versions of characters a lot so I don't know how helpful I'll be, but I'll try.
First I'd probably try to find important/recognizable parts of her design. So definitely her "earrings" (which are rather easy to translate into actual earrings). I'd say she has fairly round shapes in her face and big round eyes
She has 4 different outfits in the comics to take inspiration from. The fourth is probably easiest to translate into modern clothing. Two of her outfits include tassels, but tassels are not particularly common in modern clothing.
I've also seen various humanizations use hair and clothing to mimic shapes and such from the original design, so perhaps a hairstyle or some headwear that looks a bit similar to her frill would be fitting.
It's also worth taking her background into account. Royalty is less common in modern times (especially the ruling kind), so she might not be royalty, but she would definitely be rich.
man while i can't deny the tmnt fandom wiki is convenient it also continuously pisses me off because there was some avid shipper writing a bunch of the entries and they are reading into things that are just completely not real
to clarify you can read into whatever ship you fucking want regardless of how plausible it is in canon, otherwise my stockshop enjoyer ass would not be here. but you maybe shouldn't put that on the most commonly used source of canon information about the show?
For the record this is about the entry for Joi, one of the acolytes from the Ninja Tribunal arc, because at one point it says "During some episodes, it was hinted that Raphael had developed a crush on her" and like????????? Girl WHERE. This is such a take. "Hinted" as in Raph made a friend?? and talked to her?? and cared about her well-being?? and wanted to hang out after the adventure?? you're insane for putting this on the wiki

It is possible that one or more of the writers wanted to imply something romantic between them, but that is speculation, and something that probably needs some kind of source. Like this one.
The wiki has a very annoying source problem. And it seems to come from the site's policy.
It would be much easier to correct mistakes on the wiki if thing were souced more so that they would be easier to doublecheck. "It's in the series/canon" isn't really enough when there are a hundred and something episodes or issues.
On a somewhat related note, I suspect there's a mistake on the Otto Rattus article which probably comes from the German article.
Which of your TMayNT pieces were your favorites to do?
Do you have any favorite TMayNT posts you've seen from others?
I will start by saying that I’m kind of terrible at picking favorites. I actually struggled with this a bit at the start of TMayNT, but then I decided to have a more «just pick one» mindset. I still picked more than one for some days.
This will be long, so it goes under a readmore.
Anyways I think my favorite is probably my Igor from day 3. It has 0 notes so far, but I had expected that since he is not a particularly popular, or even known, character. Sometimes you have to follow your heart rather than what will get you notes
I also like my Karai drawing and will probably try to finish it one day. I think I actually sketched the paper sketch for this drawing while waiting for the bus. That is not particularly relevant, I just wanted to mention it.
The MM Raph and the turtle blimp are also a bit different from what i usually do. I think both of them were actually sketched directly on my computer (because i had some trouble with both scanner and phone camera at the time). And both of them are without lineart.
Anyways there are many great TMayNT posts from other people, so this will probably be long. I’ll try to limit myself to a few posts by a few people.

Raph seems to treat them more like daggers. I could see it be because of the fingers but Raph also strikes me as the type to be “why am I using them like this? I’ve got three knives on a stick. I’m using them that way!”
