I THINK THEY ARE AS CLOSE AS you can logically expect pureblood siblings who are ~2/3 years apart (making her 20-21; flexible ofc always). they like each other well enough and generally let each other exist in their own spheres but sometimes they bond over how much they hate fancy dinners and stuff like that.
