Cottage Living cozy bar - The Gnome's Arms in Henford-on-Bagley - The Sims 4 build, no cc

consists of a bar, playground, outdoor cinema, coffee and food stands and many other activities

I tried to make it match the style of the surrounding buildings so it blends in nicely. The original bar was pretty solid, but I was really missing an ultra cozy vibe and way more activities, since we don't really have much space for community lots in this world. I plan on making two more community lots - a romantic, rustic restaurant with a contemporary cottage style of the interior, and a barn that's been converted into a "club", or more like a spot for a rural dance.

It's a pretty big family farmhouse/manor in an old English history house style with a black modern extension and a renovated black barn. Includes an orchard on a slight slope, greenhouse, chicken coop, cow and lama barn and all of the other farm necessities that are available in The Sims. All of the ones that need an everyday tending are layed out next to each other in one line so you can get them done as fast and as easy as possible. The interior design style is contemporary farmhouse.

I wanted to build something for my rags to riches challenge, to have a plan and then gradually rebuild it in my actual save file for my farmer so it feels more realistic, like he's actually building it and it doesn't just appear all of a sudden, but this build quickly got out of control and it's way too grand and groomed for my liking. So I'll be making another build with a cluttered court yard, much more run down and messy, the way countryside farmhouses usually are. I'm currently looking for a job so I do have some time on my hands and will probably put out more stuff soon. The holidays with my family basically triggered me into a two weeks long avoidance episode where I couldn't bring myself to exist outside of a pretend reality and this house it the fruit it bore, which is what I like to remind my despaired, guilt riddled self - every good thing that comes out a bad thing would not happend if it wasn't for the bad thing in the first place. Yin and yang. Not that it does much, but you know.

Cats and Dogs starter home - Sporting Space in Brindleton Bay - The Sims 4 house build, no cc

It's a Cape Cod style tiny house with 1 bdrm and 1 bathroom. Requires only Cats and Dogs. It matches the style of the last build I've shared and I'll probably be making some more of these to create a cohesive style of that neighborhood. I wanted to create that entire world but I might die of old age before I get to finish it. I'll try elongating my lifespan.

It’s a 3 bedroom Cape Cod style house with 2 sunrooms and a backyard. The black and white exterior matched with purple ivy creates an elegant and posh look. It’ll make a perfect home for a family of 3 or 4 with 2 children.

I fixed the community space (Sprucewood Square) in Evergreen Harbor (Eco Lifestyle) - The Sims 4 (no cc)

It consists of a basketball court, park, playground, street food area, hair salon, dodgy Internet cafe with a suspicious back room and a roof top rave area for squat parties. Recycling machine and a dumpster are at the back of the building. It uses couple of packs but I’ve made sure that the exterior will look fine with just Eco Lifestyle. City Living and Get together would be most crucial to get all of the activity items that I’ve added, like the basketball hoop, poker table, DJ booth and so on.

how to stop curtains from snapping to windows (The Sims 4)

I’ve seen some people struggling with this, especially when they place windows next to each other and the curtains keep snapping to them, not allowing you to put them in the middle.

All it takes is to point your cursor under the windows (or above but only if there’s enough wall space above them), which also allows you to move them up and down and place them on whatever height you want.
