At 12 I was diagnosed with EDNOS/OFSFED at age 12. Went into recovery at 18. Unfortunately that turned into BED at around age 21. I was recently diagnosed with a cancer causing gene fault and have been told that I need to take better care of my body. I also need to lose 6 stone to be able to have a preventative double mastectomy safely.

Im back.

Ive been MIA for a few days because i had an allergic reaction to a protein shake lol.

I’ve been on the sofa for 3 full days 😭 but I’m feeling so much better today and I’m up and dressed.

I weighed this morning and I’ve maintained which I’m happy with. I didn’t calorie count or work out while I was ill.
