"the most unrealistic thing about project hail mary is that a woman is in charge" WRONG look up the glass cliff. women are much more likely to be promoted to positions of power when things are going poorly and people need a woman to blame. she refers to herself as the "world's whipping boy." the person put in the position to have to commit ecological and humanitarian crimes of that scale in order to save the earth would only ever be a woman.
hi welcome to ocd simulator; there is not a gun in your backpack. but also you should check. also dont go through any metal detectors. but also dont be obvious about it because you have a gun. but also you dont and dont Check because that also makes it seem like you have a gun. no i know you have a tiny cross chest bag. its just a really tiny gun.
hot opinions straight off the stove! 🥘🔥
“The axe forgets, but the tree remembers” is typically a very true statement. Unless, of course, you have moral ocd, in which case the axe has been haunted for weeks and the tree does not remember or care. In fact, many sources report that the axe, which is actually a plastic butter knife, has never been anywhere near a forest. And also there is no tree.

ⓘ Tip: while sewing, you can unlock scary sewing by losing your needle somewhere on your bed.
so basically this astronaut goes to space and falls head over heels in love with a promiscuously sexy martian woman, and he shows her the movie "titanic", which in this universe is a canon documentary. he goes back to earth and dives into the ocean to find the heart of the ocean, the jewels rose tossed off the boat at the end of the movie. it could be anywhere but somehow he finds it, then he takes it back up to space and gives it to the hot martian who recognizes it immediately as the necklace from the movie, she says, and i quote, "but i thought the old lady dropped it into the ocean in the end" and he says "well baby, i went down and got it for you" and she replies "awww you shouldn't have" love story of a lifetime except she's not as innocent as you'd think...
just told my mom i was gonna freak it sensitive style and she hyped me up with “ooh quiet down…. quiet down..” while i was dancing

“Ugh can’t stand babies they cry so much!”
That tiny Human spirit has shat himself 4 times today if you’d shat yourself 4 times by noon you’d be in hysterics too
He fell asleep in his bed, at home, and woke up at the goddamn grocery store with an overhead light in his face if that happened to you you’d become The Joker
Poor guy’s only been here for like a dozen weeks he doesn’t even have a favorite show to distract him yet he’s just raw-dogging reality unfiltered with no goddamn Blorbos to rotate whatsoever
Dude has, at this point, one communication signal.
Fortunately for him, it is a very important communication signal, especially given what he's going through right now. It says, "This is, in some way, unsatisfactory." Unfortunately, it's not very specific and he doesn't understand much about how to deploy it.
You have to understand, the stomach ache that he has right now is the worst stomach ache in the universe, because as far as he's concerned, the universe is maybe a month old and there's been a limited number of stomach aches in it. Or, the loneliness and anguish he felt when he couldn't see you was the most terrifying isolation in the universe, akin to being adrift in the Boötes Void, for the very same reason. He does not have guidelines to cope with these things. He has barely accumulated enough of a dataset to start evaluating things like, "Most times, when people I know go away, they will reappear eventually," or, "that particular stomach ache will go away if I eat something." He doesn't even know which particular problems can be cured and which can't. He just knows that "technique: scream like fucking banshee" does have some sort of a success rate.
And it's his only move, you think he's not gonna spam it? Get real.
