Use a lemon, orange or a grapefruit to start your seedlings. Plant the entire thing in the ground and the peels will compost directly into the soil to nourish the plants as they grow.

do you have adhd?
Ah - good question. :)
Under the DSM criteria, I’ve consistently had 14 of 18 lifelong symptoms. However, the popular notion of ADHD doesn’t exist in definition: It’s a symptom, not a stand-alone condition.
My “hyperactivity” mostly stems from obsessive pursuits, ie: science, nature, turbines, pigeons, etc … so it’s more accurate to say that my curiosity in the understanding the surrounding environment and tendency of maintaining the acute awareness of asking these questions manifests in certain behaviors. (Enthusiasm for ‘excitability’, ideas for ‘eccentricity’.)
If you’ve got adhd (diagnosed/suspected), and are interested in methods re: concentrating effectively and remedying the (often, esteem-crushing) outcomes of “distractibility” or “never getting anything done” - i’m down anytime hang out
carnucles? not... caruncles?

Let there be no confusion between Being an instrument of action and The author of action. In so doing, The natural state remains unobscured.
The Lost Writings of Wu Hsin
“Without Consciousness there would be no World, for the World exists as such only in so far as it is Consciously Reflected and Considered by a Psyche. Consciousness is a Precondition of Being.” - C.G.Jung
“One bit of advice: It is important to view knowledge as sort of a semantic tree — make sure you understand the fundamental principles, i.e., the trunk and big branches, before you get into the leaves/details, or there is nothing for them to hang on to.”
Elon Musk

As my sufferings mounted I soon realized that there were two ways in which I could respond to my situation — either to react with bitterness or seek to transform the suffering into a creative force.

Through the filter of The personal One can never see things The way they are. One can only see things The way one is. One may dwell on these matters for decades, but Until insight triumphs over thought, No lasting change can occur. In the search for the Ultimate, The intellect is as useless as A Lamp at noon.
