anyways I feel like people still REALLY misinterpret the post abstraction scenario in Jax’s head with gangle. You know the one. With the maid dress and the “flirting.”

anyways I never interpreted this as “jax likes gangle” or “jax has intrusive thoughts about sexually harassing gangle” . ???

I hope this makes sense, but this is my standpoint.

many of these scenarios behind the doors seemed like stereotypes of different sorts.

the looney tunes one with the exaggeration, and the aggressive “butch” seeming behavior from Zooble. Etc.

I interpreted the scenario of Zooble’s abstraction as an internal conflict of slight transphobia and conflict coming from jax, stemming likely from the common assumption and/or accusation from many transphobic people that all trans people, especially trans women, are perverts.

As we’ve likely all seen, many people say that trans women transition to sneak into women’s bathrooms with perverted intentions, or other things along the lines, which is obviously NOT TRUE.

but it was already established that jax didn’t live in the most healthy household, and it wouldn’t be wild to assume that they grew up around a lot of those stereotypes.

Ya'll focus on the one scene in which she wore a bow, and then ignore the scene in which she has a variety of outfits that are also androgynous leaning and masc-leaning. You are also ignoring that Pomni wore a very masc attire during the noir scene and fucking swim trunks. And Ribbit, whose androgynous design read masculine to so many people that before the pronoun drop, people referred to them by either he/him or just they/them. Or how about Zooble, who's as androgynous as they get? (And the moment ya'll fucking say "but Ribbit and Zooble are non-binary, they don't count," being non-binary is literally the most gnc you can get, I know, I'm a gnc androgynous non-binary person.)

And so fucking what if she likes bows? Are you literally going to tell every woman who likes bows that she can't like bows because it's a "girly" thing? Can bows literally not just exist as an article of clothing? Why do they *only* be a girly thing? You fuckers are the ones enforcing gender stereotypes.

I wish this world, somehow, some way, was just a little more accepting, and that humanity could find a way to stop hurting each other.

This isn’t just about LQBTQ+. This is about all the minorities throughout the years, who have been shunned and hurt, but in the end, hurt nobody more than themselves.

I wish we could find a way to stop.
