And with this, high school comes to an end…
22.06.25, Sunday:
THANK YOU SOOO MUCH TO THIS WONDERFUL COMMUNITY FOR HELPING ME RISE FROM ALL HURDLES AND ACHIEVE MY DREAMS <3. I have been provisionally admitted to an Engineering College and I am so excited!!! I’ll start studying for my Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) degree from August. Currently I have been admitted for the Electrical Engineering degree but I want to go further and pursue the Electronics and Communications Engineering degree. So, I am waiting for it a bit. But the good news is most engineering degrees have the same course in first year. So, to stay ahead (and because I am bored) I will be starting 100 day study challenge from tomorrow (23.06.25).
A new journey begins!!
HELLO EVERYONE! ITS OUR 2ND YEAR ON TUMBLR!
I am BACK!
So a little update about my life coz A LOT of weird things happened.
I have been interested in pursuing medicine for a some time but people who had been following me know that I struggled with chemistry, and didn’t have interest in biology. Instead, mathematics and physics were my best subjects.
I thought everything through and around November last year came to decide that I would also study for Engineering school entrance exams because well… My academic inclinations suits it better.
So I studied.
And well here’s the news.
I will quite easily crack Med School entrance exams.
I ALSO cracked engineering school exams this year and currently the counselling sessions are going on. I got Electronics Engineering branch in the second mock counselling and from previous trends I might hope to get a chance to study in this branch in a prestigious National Institute of Technology (NIT).
Now I also keep my hopes high for CSE but I might not qualify for it. I won’t be sad because I have seen the prospective of Electronics as a subject and the news of recently booming industry regarding such in our country has reached me.
So yes.
Life takes you to weird places and I sincerely hope that it’s for the better.
Good news is:
I will be posting again!!!
(YEEEEEE I AM SO GLAD AAAAAAA)
I am sorry everyone. I will be inactive for a few months which may roll into 1 (or 2 years). I have decided it’s high time I start making a positive effort to achieve my dream of becoming an AIIMSonian and for doing so I need to minimize all distractions.
In order to do so I am going to sign out of Tumblr and hand my devices to my parents. I strongly believe that consistency and discipline are better than motivation and I can only attain it if I dissociate myself from the Internet wholly and push myself to my limits.
Thank you everyone for supporting me always. You all have helped me fall in love with the subject I used to fear the most, and have inspired me to keep going. But what I need now is not inspiration and motivation but self discipline. Wish me luck and I wish the studyblr community all the best for their academic journey too.
I will return only after I have made it to my dream college and I will return for sure. It’s a promise to myself and you all.
Sending love and well wishes to everyone one of you, who are my mutuals and who I follow or who follow me, or who have just stumbled upon my blog.
I will do it. I can do it. No matter what. That’s why, it’s not a goodbye. It’s a see you in a while :))

It may be winter but I'm feeling green.
I'm also writing down some key points for my thesis. It helps my brain stay organized.
my favorite books of 2022 (swipe for details) 🫶🏼📖✨ . what a splendid year filled with amazing books! i went another year without setting a tbr and only picked books to read as i went (based on my mood). this worked wonders for me, and all the books i read received a rating of 3 stars and above! ✨ i set a goal of 20 books this year and read 22, 11 of which became new favorites! i’ve annotated almost all of them to death, with my favorite book of the year being The Labyrinth of The Spirits by Carlos Ruiz Zafón, which happens to be the very first book i started this year too 🥺 . annotating became a pretty huge thing in bookstagram, which i’m so grateful about. i love seeing how people annotate differently, and the amount of love poured out to different books. i’ve always admired the book community and am amazed by how much it’s changed and grown. i hope we can continue to support and inspire one another 🌱 here’s to another year 🤍 https://www.instagram.com/p/Cm1k5N2vpIo/?igshid=NGJjMDIxMWI=

100 Days of Productivity [16-17/100]
12.2.23 | December is here! I've got a big group presentation this Thursday, and then another next Wednesday, so I've been picking away at those when I feel well enough. I plan to finish a large portion of this week's project today, including the 2-page paper I have to submit with it.
I started reading "Atonement of the Spine Cleaver" by F.E. Bryce, and I'm enjoying it so far.
Today I started the second module of my history exam on Ostrogorsky's History of the Bizantine State.
Beautiful almost sunset from Saturday, while waiting for the bus to get to the local 25th November demonstration to end violence against women and minorities. I'm very happy to be even a little active again in my community, I'm glad the events of local organisations are that powerful to involve and inform the whole city's political community.
Ok this coming of winter got me fantasizing about the cozy feeling of shopping for useless Christmas gifts with friends, but I resisted and bought only stuff that I precedently finished or that I needed to study and I could not get for free from my uni.
The ✨dialectic tension✨ between being a deconstructing anti-capitalist self and the christian-capitalist western European education received does drain me.
This does not mean I don't get to enjoy the ✨ aesthetic maps ✨ in my textbook or the pastel shades for my highlighter of choice when I can!
fri, 24 nov
this week has been such a weird mix of good and bad. i’ve gotten a lot of work / studying done but my actual life has been pretty awful so i’m just so tired now. i’m so glad it’s friday. but i have two tests next week so i’m gonna have to fight my revision and get it done. next week is also only a four day week luckily. my mocks are on the horizon and it’s making me nervous

Week's groceries
PCOS and iron deficiency has been really unkind to me lately: because of the pain today I ditched the library and studied from home, so here's a time lapse of around 40 minutes of me revising Charles the Great's dynasty and transcribing my notes (god do I touch my face much when I'm concentrated)

I cannot describe how much I yearn for this
I was writing the final version of my laboratory records for practical work submission while listening to some music and I had reached the last part of experiment 3 when I noticed something horrible.
Experiment 3 is a simple experiment about how to measure the thickness of a paper by using a screw gauge.
EVERY single line I wrote: “A piece of Shit” instead of “A piece of Sheet”
And it’s handwritten 🤡
We are not allowed to use White ink either…
Talk about attention deficiency and bad luck. Submission is on Monday and I NEED to complete 4 more experiments for physics alone (and 10 more for Chem and Bio, 13 lab activity for maths, and 2 projects of Bio and Physics on Photosynthesis of higher plants and Measurement Instruments) T_T
I will start the 100 days productivity from Tuesday. Lemme finish the projects and practical works and submit them on Monday. Till then I don’t think I will be able to study anything.
Did I talk about BAD LUCK YESTERDAY AFTERNOON???? I BROKE MY FEET YESTERDAY EVENING. NOW I AM F*ING BED RIDDEN WITH A BROKEN LEG AND FEW RUPTURED LIGAMENTS, PLASTERED ALL THE WAY TO MY KNEES WRITING MY SHITTY LABORATORY RECORD AND PROJECT. I LITERALLY HAVE TO LEARN HOW TO WALK WITH A CRUTCH ONCE I CAN STAND OR I AM FAILING 11th.
WHICH PLANET ECLIPSED WHICH IN MY BIRTH CHART FOR ME TO HAVE A SUCH A ROTTEN LUCK THIS YEAR??????? OH GOD!
I literally blacked out in the MIDDLE of the road due to the pain of a broken leg and had not my grandma’s youngest brother been there on the other side of the road going to a shop, I would’ve literally been run down by a car and 6 feet below the ground already.
