Team Skull VS King Dedede and his Waddle Dees

For the final round We have:

Team Skull the evil team from the Pokémon Sun and Moon games. They are a gang of kids unable to complete the island challenges and deemed failures, they eventually banded together and aim to destroy the people that look down on them. Their Leader is your boy Guzma a man who wanted to be a trial captain, but all trial captains must be under twenty and he aged out before he could qualify but he was still a strong trainer and was a trial captain in a way. We have Plumeria also a strong trainer that didn't seem to have luck in winning a lot of battles, she is like an older sister to all the members of Team Skull and will protect them.

VS

King Dedede and his Waddle Dees from the Kirby games. They are antagonists in the first Kirby game where they stole all the food from dreamland and continue to be in games afterwards. Waddle Dees are creatures that seem to respect and follow King Dedede to the point where they'd risk their lives even when not asked. A notable example is Bandana Waddle Dee who despite asking not to fight due to fear and being given permission to still fights despite everything. The self-proclaimed ruler of dream land has shown a good amount of care for his Waddle Dees, showing a lot of concern when they get captured and enjoying spending time with them

third of the winner losers with 48 votes are:

Team Rocket from the Pokémon Anime. I’m genuinely surprised they don’t have that more votes since they are very famous for being a close-knit group of friends that have each other's backs, but I guess they aren’t that well known, or I used the wrong tags for them.

Second of the winner losers with 59 votes are:

Bowser, Bowser Junoir and the Koopalings from the Mario series. Very popular, I knew they’d be that’s why I put them in as defaults in the tournament. These guys don’t happen to get the most screen time together, but Bowser is always written to be a good dad and his kids are all lovable in their own ways.

The first place winner of the losers with 84 votes are:

Team Dark from Sonic Heros. I always liked these guys though they didn’t quite have what I imagined the essence of a close group of villains I always believed that they were good friends with a good dynamic. I never played sonic heroes; I only watched a let’s play of Sonic ‘06 but in that game I saw them go through a lot together and choose to stay together and so I do feel like they deserve to be the most voted losers. Now for use to prepare for the final showdown.

now lets look at the more mid losers with average vote counts.

The bottom of the middle losers with 15 votes are:

Team Magma from Pokémon ruby, sapphire, emerald, omega ruby and alpha sapphire. Them and team Aqua got 11 votes to get in and 0 votes against them. There was a good amount of time where they were tied with or ahead of Torna, at the end of the day Torna won that round. I was always hesitant to put them and team aqua in because I was worried that they had more of a business vibe than family.

The third of the middle losers with 18 votes are:

Team Aqua from Pokémon sapphire, ruby, emerald, alpha sapphire and omega ruby. I had the same qualms with this team as I had with Team Magma, I assumed they’d be slightly more popular due to them being characterized as more casual most of the time but I expected them to be around as popular as team Magma and you can attribute the 3 extra votes to Team Aqua to the poll they were in being generally more popular.

The second of the middle losers with 22 votes are:

Deep Cut from Splatoon 3. Deep Cut got 47 votes for them getting into this tournament which is more than double the number of votes for them than any other person voted in. I genuinely thought that they’d destroy Team Skull, but they didn’t, they only got 22 votes and I am surprised.

The first of the middle losers with 34 votes are:

Torna from Xenoblade 2. honestly kind of surprised they got this far, Xenoblade isn’t nearly as popular Pokémon and they still managed to beat Team Magma by 8 votes and go up against Team Rocket, unfortunately team rocket is very popular and likely why they lost the second round. also why didn’t you tell me their name was Torna no one told me I was referring to them as Xenoblade 2 villains for far too long.

Team Skull and King Dedede with his Waddle Dees are facing off in the finally. I genuinely wasn’t expecting to see either of them get this far but lets look at the losers.

The biggest losers with only 2 votes for them:

Rough and Tumble from the Sonic IDW comics. They got seven votes for them to get into the tournament, so people do like them, but I think it was putting them in a 3-option poll with one of the options being one of the current finalists. I like these guys, they’re fun, good lackies and usually fairly loyal. even when they have falling outs they think alike and make up.

The second biggest losers with only 4 votes are:

The H.I.V.E. Five from Teen Titians. Again, put in the only 3 option poll against on of the finalist. They only had one vote to get in so 4 votes is a vast improvement. I don’t have much to say on them because I barely remember them.

The third biggest losers with only 6 votes are:

The gang from always sunny in Philadelphia. This was a submission, I probably could have tagged them more, so the post got into more of the spaces that it needed to be in, but I don’t know the fandom and what tags to use that well.

The fourth biggest losers with 8 votes are:

Team Bleck from Super Paper Mario. They had 28 votes to get in while King Dedede had 27 votes, so I thought that it was going to be a fair match but they got demolished. I love this group, the fact that they trust each other despite the fact they shouldn’t, the fact that they love each other and would face the end of everything together but alas it was not meant to be.

Team Skull VS Team Dark

in this corner we have the big bad Guzma, lets see if he can smash Team Dark. He wasn't able to become an official Trail captain turning 20 before ever finishing the trial, he always got trophies but never first place but he is a strong trainer. So he made team skull a place for people deemed failures like him to tear down the system that in reality failed them. Big sis Plumeria arguable the smartest of a group made by an idiot for numbskulls but there's something cute about their dumbness and they shouldn't be hurt for it. there are various grunts here that all respect and look up to Guzma who saw worth in them after everyone else only looked down on them.

and in this corner, we have Team Dark. e-123 Omega a robot that was mostly abandoned to guard Shadow the hedgehog due to this he grew a resentment towards his creator eggman and his robots. Rouge the bat is a treasure hunter that woke up Shadow and omega while looking for treasure in one of eggman's bases, she convinces them not to kill eachother. Shadow is a hedgehog that wanted to destroy the world for revenge but eventually decides to save it, he doesn't trust easily do to his past but is close friends with Omega and Rouge.
