hiiii, I wanted to share the final version of my spreadsheet, the purple is stuff I updated based on yours, which could be anything from adding a first name or clarifying something I had narrowed down to a couple options, to entirely new info
the green on the numbers or the light vs dark orange were to do with who knew about hollanov, but past a certain point that was an open secret in the group anyway. uh. V is vegas meetups, A is allstar meetups, C was cup box/afterparty, S was the secret meeting, R was the rip roger rager. I think everything else is pretty self-explanatory?
I said a lot of this in my comment on the final chapter, but making a spreadsheet over something is my highest possible expression of love, this has been so fun to follow along, updating with every new chapter. Thank you for creating something so endlessly engaging!!

This is far more aesthetically pleasing than mine!
I made mine more palatable for public consumption so I did away with columns for: when they knew about hollanov, east/west (got tired of double checking every time lol), what group chat(s) they might have been in, plus some personality traits (I started a document with who I think said all of the listed asides/texts when there are a bunch of them in a row, but it’s very incomplete) including why I picked those names (some of them mean things lol like #16 is just John MeanJohn). For a while I was keeping track of which chapters each one was mentioned in, but abandoned that, so I just took it out for this version.
I think #42 is the only one I gave literally no information about/never mentioned at all, but I miiiight be wrong? who knows. (you do. you people know everything.)
Come on guys, the weird shipping has to stop. Shane Hollander and Ilya Rozanov have only just recently put their differences aside to start the Irina Foundation and they're doing a lot of good. We don't want to jeopardize that with parasocial rpfing.
Did Hank also go to jail ? Did he turn informant and Crowell had to watch his best friend turn on him like Dallas?
Also, since Troy had a fraught relationship with lots of the vets/people who knew him BC, I would like to think he got really close with the other union guys and helped sherpa them through their fears ? I just want him to ALSO have found community.

DEEP cut!!! Hank!!! (for everyone besides this one anon, I’ll remind you that one time in the leaked audio, Crowell was talking to a Hank. We can infer he’s another higher up at the league, some speculated he was the deputy commissioner)
I think Hank’s testimony actually was the turning point for the case against Crowell, and he made a deal in exchange for his cooperation. Hank turned over his emails, which contained 15-20 additional crimes, so they let him walk with a fine and a criminal record, but no jail time (he’s a bajillionaire, they all are, he’s ok).
Then, I think Troy gets a community of all the rookies that came in after 2022. They freaking idolize Troy because he’s the cool badass with all the immoral plans (because Ilya left lol) and they don’t know him as an asshole. Remember in this, Harris knew him when he was an asshole and kind of liked it a little, so he’s not really changing that about himself as much as he did in canon. But Harris loves that Troy is becoming the fourth (fifth?) Daddy of the group and loves seeing him interact with the baby ducklings.
Of the four really closeted union guys: One of them never comes out to anyone except Ilya and Troy (Scott knows because of the leaked audio + the union plan) and retires pretty early so is never found out. One stays closeted because of his family, but gradually starts coming to small events. The other two eventually do come out. I think Troy does stay in touch with them and they have little secret meetups occasionally.
Hi!!! It’s the leverage tcastf fic-of-a-fic anon! I’m still planning on getting that out, I just wanted to see where you were going to go with the last chapter before I really dug in — and I’m glad I did, because I definitely have more Ideas for the fic now! (Also because I started on a timeline and got a tiny bit carried away haha, a Lot happens in 2018.)
I’ve had so much fun with this fic, I’m both glad to see everything work out and sad that it’s over. Seeing the update emails has been such a treat for months now. Thank you for writing such an amazing labor of love!!!

Since last time you wrote to me I heard two additional people reference Leverage, so I think there are actually a few people who would like a Leverage AU ( @providing-leverage ?). Unfortunately, my brain hasn’t been accepting any new media that isn’t Ilya and Shane, but I’m still going to try to watch it for you guys!

Really, it was the only number around there that I could ascribe any meaning to at all? It’s 24 backwards. I thought about doing 40 chapters and a half, because it would be half of 81, but you can’t really have it say 40.5 on ao3 lol it would just say 41.
Plus I know I’ve made this joke already but it’s also the numbers for Shane + Baldwin + Price + Lundin + Bennett, so all the pre-2020 canon gays, except Ilya and Scott. So obviously I knew it had to be that number before I even started the first chapter (very VERY kidding) (Poor Troy and Luca 😫)
And since we’re doing this, for almost every chapter, I really tried for the total word count to be cool or refer to something that happens in the chapter? but this time, of all times, I forgot to check. And now the word count is the most random 6 numbers I’ve ever seen in my life. Butttt it’s kind of a good thing because I can fix awkward sentences without having to make up the words somewhere else. I’m still irritated at it, though! And once I realized it was going to start with 178 no matter what, I started using 78 when I needed a random number to retroactively assign meaning to it, but I think only 1 or 2 of them made the cut.

We don’t actually know for certain that Ilya wasn't responsible for Crowell’s death. (this is all over these comments haha it’s slowly becoming real)
Kavita broke the news that Ilya was the Ringleader with her story, but Ilya saved the reallyy unsavory things (and the acronyms) for his own memoir.
As mentioned, there is a US-Canadian war that Ilya (and Scott, probably) stopped.
Ilya didn’t rig the 2040 election, he counter-rigged it (same thread as above).
There is a tradition of using the D trophy as a Scott-Hunter-shaped dildo.
(Lil) Wayne is not good at beer pong, does not have his parents’ hand-eye coordination.
There is also a daughter, Collie, and she is captain of a PWHL team (same thread as above).
Wayne is gay, meaning they did actually create a gay named Wainwright Strainer. This one was intentional, but I was about to put it on the “no one noticed this and I was disappointed” list until this.
Luca is the director of the FBI under the Hunter administration.
