A very "french" mashup someone begged me to post on tumblr and bc I am a kind woman, here it is.

Little explanation to all non-french-speaking readers who might be interested in the ✨high french-speaking culture✨ :

You probably know the famous anime/manga Card Captor Sakura, which has a cute song in his original japanese version. When it's imported in France around year 2000, the diffusion group thought it was a good idea to commission a original song from a french musician to have a new opening that would be closer to popular music at that time in france : eurodance.

That's how the song "No Negging" by Froggy Mix was created.

Twenty years later, hip hop is the most popular music genre in France, and one of the most popular artist of this generation is JuL, who created a very specific type of hip hop, reminiscent of 90s eurodance. Moulaga is one of his most famous song, and even if he's technically only invited here as a featuring by a """less""" famous rapper, the song is super close to those produced usually by him.

I'm really thankful you made your comic because it really made me feel seen. That I'm not the only one thinking about the potentiality of a cis me. And finding that thought sobering and scary, yet weirdly nostalgic for something you don't have but wish to have. I have complicated thoughts about my own thoughts, but I loved it.

WEDNESDAYS IS OUT ON STEAM AND ITCH!

Wednesdays is a video game I worked on for the past 2 years and it's out today, on march the 26th of 2025, on Steam and Itch.io, for PC and Mac.

It's a game directed by Pierre Corbinais, and I was artistic director, I did the scening and the visuals of most of the game. We were a small team and I'm super happy that this project is finally avalaible.

Part video game, part graphic novel, Wednesdays seeks to raise awareness about child sexual abuse through a surprisingly hope-filled story. 

It tells the story of Timothée who has been abused as a kid and is going through his memories by replaying a video game from his childhood.

The game does not include any graphic representation of sexual abuse, and even if its topic might sound grim, Wednesdays is above all about trust, hope and healing.

ENFIN DISPONIBLE ! Avec mon ami et compère éternel Félix Laurent on ressort Mekka Nikki en version directors cut grâce aux Humanoïdes Associés ! Cette édition nous tient beaucoup à cœur car elle nous a permis d'ajouter plus de 100 pages sur l'ensemble de la série qui va sortir en 4 tomes tout au long de 2024. Cette édition a également une nouvelle typo qui nous a permis de refaire toutes les bulles afin de faire beaucoup respirer le dessin. Il y a également eu un nombre incroyable de retouches et corrections autant dans le texte que dans les images pour améliorer l'expérience de lecture ! En plus ya de nouvelles couv dont j'ai fait les couleurs ainsi que des bonus par Marie Spénale et Mortis Ghost !! Vois y croyez ??? Je suis ravie de cette nouvelle édition, j'espère qu'elle plaira aux fans de la 1ere ainsi qu'à ceux qui vont découvrir cette histoire qui traverse quasiment les dix dernières années de ma vie... C'est un truc de dingue. On se retrouve en juin pour le tome 2, et peut-être en dédicace ? Les premières dates Bruxelloises ont été annoncées (ce week-end Félix sera au salon du livre).
