Not long ago I said to someone close to me: ‘I miss being happy, you know?’ And she replied: ‘I stopped asking Allah for happiness’ - I asked: how come?
She said: ‘Because, happiness comes in waves. And so does sorrow. If you’re happy one day, you’ll be sad the other day. And if you’re sad one day, then you’ll be happy the other day. So instead, I ask Allah for peace. For peace settles the heart always.’
I never stopped thinking about those words, and I’ve never missed anything more than I miss peace. You don’t need to be happy to be at peace.
Peace equals tranquility, and then sorrow won’t be as heavy as it is now.
Allahumma, grant us peace.
Qadr
● If it is meant for you, it will find you.
Sabr
● Because what is Written to be yours is already yours.
Tawakkul
● If something is destined for you, never in a million years will it be for somebody else. Trust Allah.
Blessings
● Say Alhamdulillah for the blessing you never asked for that to Allah but Allah gave you.
Destiny
● When Allah wills two people to unite, no force on this earth can separate them.
It's Written
● A love the is real, sent by Allah is never doubted- and has no end.
When you feel overwhelmed by pressure from all sides, get up, make wudu, and open Surah Ghafir, ayah 44:
”And I entrust my affair to Allah. Indeed, Allah is Seeing of [His] servants.”
Read it again ”And I entrust my affair to Allah”, with conviction until you feel that the burdens on your shoulders and chest have been placed at the door of Allah.
Allah described those closest to Him with powerful words:
”When the verses of the Most Merciful were recited to them, they fell in prostration and weeping.”
And if you don’t know what to ask from the Lord of the Worlds, simply say:
“O Lord, provide Your servant with that which will make him forget what he needs”
O Lord, You are the hope for those whose hardships have blocked their path. You are the guide for those who feel trapped.
The Dua of Musa (AS):
رَبِّ إِنِّي لِمَا أَنْزَلْتَ إِلَيَّ مِنْ خَيْرٍ فَقِيرٌ
Rabbi inni lima anzalta ilayya min khairin faqir
‘My Lord, indeed I am, for whatever good You would send down to me, in need.’ (Surah Al-Qasas, 24)
The Dua of Yunus (AS):
لَّا إِلَٰهَ إِلَّا أَنتَ سُبْحَانَكَ إِنِّي كُنتُ مِنَ الظَّالِمِين
La ilaha illa anta subhanaka inni kuntu minaz-zalimin
‘There is no god worthy of worship except You. Glory be to You! I have certainly done wrong.’ (Surah Al-Anbiya, 87)
The Dua of Nuh (AS):
رَبِّ أَنِّي مَغْلُوبٌ فَانْتَصِرْ
Rabbi inni maghlubun fan-tass-ssir
‘I am helpless, so help me!’ (Surah Al-Qamar, 10)
The Dua of Ayub (AS):
أَنِّي مَسَّنِيَ الضُّرُّ وَأَنْتَ أَرْحَمُ الرَّاحِمِينَ
Innee massaniyad durru wa Anta arhamur raahimeen
‘Indeed, I have been touched with adversity, and You are the Most Merciful of the merciful.’ (Surah Al-Anbiya, 83)
The Dua of Muhammad (SAW):
اللَّهُمَّ إِنِّي أَعُوذُ بِكَ مِنْ الْهَمِّ والْحُـزْنِ وَالْعَجْزِ وَالْكَسَلِ وَالْبُخْلِ وَالْجُبْنِ وَضَلَعِ الدَّيْنِ وَغَلَبَةِ الرِّجَالِ
Allaahumma ‘innee ‘a’oothu bika minal-hammi walhazani, wal’ajzi walkasali, walbukhli waljubni, wa dhala’id-dayni wa ghalabatir-rijaal.
‘O Allah, I take refuge in You from anxiety and sorrow, weakness and laziness, miserliness and cowardice, the burden of debts and from being overpowered by men.’ (Sunan an-Nasa’I 5449)
“The entire earth has been made a place of prayer, except for graveyards and washrooms.” (Sunan al-Tirmidhī 317)
(by Willian Justen de Vasconcellos)
“I used to dislike being sensitive. I thought it made me weak. But take away that single trait, and you take away the very essence of who I am. You take away my conscience, my ability to empathize, my intuition, my creativity, my deep appreciation for the little things, my vivid inner life, my deep awareness of others’ pain, and my passion for it all.”

I’m in love with this quote;
“Don’t set limits on your dua because you’re praying to One without limits. Pray big.”
