Goro and Gun

A Calgary, Alberta based restaurant with balanced Japanese food with subtle yet meaningful accents of flavour.

Their ramen is tasteful with very solid broth. The ramen i tried was on special but their regulars will not disappoint.

The ramen continues to improve by creating them into buns for their ramen burgers, which are also delicious. I enjoyed the idea that they are served as two sliders rather than one large burger making them so much easier to eat due to the ramen’s instability.

Overall an excellent restaurant.

Starbucks

Starbucks has always been one of our favourites. A nice cafe to chill, or study. Depending on the location they make your drinks perfect overtime no matter how complicated the drink may be. I’m sure everyone is familiar with Starbucks. Our favourite drink hands down is the Matcha Green Tea Latte. It’s the best one we have tasted and we have been to various cafes. The coffee is mediocre unless you try the dark roasts. The latte’s are very sweet but delicious nonetheless. The food is delicious. Quality breakfast sandwiches and pastries. We have not tried their new lunch specials yet! We will keep you updated on our opinion on that soon!
