Hii, thank you for being here: it means so much to us! My partner and I are in our late twenties and are disabled from work injuries, Long C
my partner @jigsawtits & I are trans & disabled & have been struggling hard lately, HOWEVER,
we are feeling hope for the first time in a long time!
we are asking for help covering the costs of an older reliable used van/truck so we can take our kids (cats) on the road & get out of my unsafe family home.
you can help us get there & get something cool! buy our used graphic tees, boots, some small glass pieces, art supplies, costume pieces, quilts, decor, pins, we have so much stuff I'm trying to put up ASAP, sizes ranging from XS to XXL, lot's in the middle!

our health keeps us from being able to make money reliably enough to save and we have not been approved for disability (been trying for 4 years now, give it up for the fucking USA) my credit card debt alone keeps our heads under water, & living rent-free at my mom's house isn't realistic for much longer. we are both complexly disabled & have hit a plateau of low energy & constant fatigue.
because we have long covid, we are extremely diligent about going out & masking & keeping exposure to an absolute minimum at risk of death. however, my mother works as a massage therapist & does not mask in daily life, even in medical settings :/ we have the master bedroom thankfully, but we are still constantly exposed living with other people. I've had Covid 6x & my partner 4x.
both of us have ptsd & sensory triggers, so living in a loud, infectious, hot, city is really hard for us. I have heat intolerance that's really bad, & even being in the pnw, summer's are unlivable for me & spring is miserable with both of our histamine disorders (crazy allergies).
adopting a nomadic lifestyle in a reliable vehicle can give us a life again.
we can move with the weather, cook for ourselves, have our things all accessible all the time, be in nature, work more & have to make less to make ends meet, & meet more covid conscious community members we don't have access to now, as well as use medical tourism once we can afford passports!
we want to make youtube videos once we get a vehicle to document our lives as well as find a community and maybe some income.
thanks so much if anyone reblogs & HUGE thanks for reading this!
