I may have gone a little overboard when testing potential wedding outfits on Trystan 😅

To begin with, some usual modern dresses from Choices vault I liked the most. The first one's a premium wedding dress from BaBu, which didn't even need any editing since it was already made for 'student' body type. I suspect not many of you have seen the 2nd dress though as it was made for a TRR story expansion that PB tested but never fully released. The 3rd one, which is from ROE, also has a nice design and the 4th dress is from OH. That one was actually red originally but I managed to turn it white with some effort. The long sleeves make it look quite regal, I'd say.

However, since the dialogue may mention her suit parts at some point, I also tried to find some potential wedding suits. There's not a lot out there but TNA wedding suit for Sam was the first one that came to my mind. I found the 2nd suit from LOA MC's closet. It doesn't look too business-y and as an added bonus it comes with a snake shaped necklace, which is very on brand for the Thorne family. The last one from AVSP seems to be rather a single piece jumpsuit not jacket and pants so it may not align well with dialogue.

I also contemplated what concepts could have been used to design an original outfit that's more in line with Trystan's cultural origins and other recognizable symbols. First, Drakovia is an Eastern European country and also seems to have been heavily based on many Slavic cultures in that region. Trystan's outfit could have had intricate embroidery, taking inspiration from traditional ethnic/folk fashion elements, similar to this dress from TPS which I'm a huge fan of.

As I said earlier, then snakes seem to be an important symbol for the royal family as it's found in many places, including fashion. The outfit could have had some snake motifs like scale plating or patterns. The COP MC's dress from book 2 is just a quick mockup though, not really a fan how it looks in silver.

So, yeah... choices, choices... 🙈

I thought the blue suit with red tie teased for book 3 looked similar to the one from book 1 but holy sh*t how close they actually are - basically the same base, just slightly altered details! Recoloring the outfit from FA and reselling it for the full price in RWB already seemed scummy but to do it in the same series? 😬
