Welcome to my CoD Hybrid AU - here there be DINOSAURS
This is inspired by the Modern Warfare 4 trailer!
This big girl is Anubis 'Jackal' Sterling, a Jurassic Shifter/hybrid! And the little white one is her younger brother Dusk James Wood - they were created in the same lab by scientists that were killed shortly after Captain John Price (a grizzly bear shifter with an injury that prevents him from changing anymore) got hold of her.

Jackal and Price have been a team for a good twenty years, Price handling Jackal since they were in their twenties, and have a bond more akin to an object and its shadow to anything describable between people. Where Price goes, Jackal follows. She takes commands from nobody else, trusts nobody like him and vice versa. While the connection between them as humans never became romantic, they were and are completely inseparable.
Dusk is a different story - he was passed from handler to handler, tailed quickly by Price and his god complex having a desperate need to have that other dinosaur. His first was König, and while they had a decent connection, working like a well oiled machine, it became too dangerous and expensive for KorTac to keep him, so he was passed on.
Eventually his leash landed in the hands of Commander Phillip Graves and his shadows. They got along like a house on fire, damn near reading one another's thoughts before the team up with 141 and the subsequent betrayal leading to Price finally having a lead on his prize.
The fight from Graves' betrayal was a decent enough distraction to tranquilize and secure Dusk into 141's hands - finally giving Price what he wanted, at the cost of Jackal losing a tooth.
I spaced out the canon events by a few years to give the next bit more weight. None other than John Soap MacTavish (werewolf) volunteered to handle the new dinosaur. Now this, this was a bond! Fiercely loyal and hard working, it was like watching two Belgian Malinois work out a problem together. 141 (Harpy Gaz and undecided on Simon yet) went through the rest of canon as it happened in game, with the added mission of finding any information on the dinosaurs' genetic makeup and destroying it, including killing anyone ever involved and the attempted recreations.
Finally came the threat from Makarov and his bomb. Makarov was going to blow up the Channel Tunnel, and had the final bit of Dino DNA Price needed to destroy, along with the location of Commander Graves, who still had the tooth.
But there was a problem - the SFO team outright refused to work with the Jurassics. They were scared, unused to their strange bird-like and reptilian quirks even in human form, their men were too unsettled to do their job properly. Without time to argue or negotiate, Dusk and Jackal agreed to remain on the surface to get the job done at all.
Four of 141 went down into that tunnel and only three came back out. Simon Riley trudged back out prepared to relive his husband's death to the hybrid that had worked himself stupid on the surface, but he didn't need to say it. The dinosaur knew.
Price took them both with him to General Shepherd's office, letting Dusk massacre him before going on the run. Only Jackal followed him, her brother retreating to Simon's side instead.
A bear attack, officially.

So, one day @shadeops21 gave me an asset of Ghost's tattoo from the actual model in the game and it looks like this!

And because it's not clear enough and not big enough for an actual asset that I can use on my drawings, guess what my detail-oriented ass did! Yep I retraced and redrew it!
Did I just post my 4 hour work of retracing here? Yesh! The image is yours to use for your convenience and is at your disposal. This is my homage to the fandom I guess (´▽`ʃ♡ƪ)
What I could say about how to apply them is probably these ones :
First off: Positioning of the tattoo. According to the game model, the full image is the texture that envelops his whole left arm. The picture below is an explanation of the areas that could help you on where to place the tattoo accurately.
Checkpoint : The elbow pint is above the helmet -> from there you can tell for the rest of the arm.
Remember that this is the whole ass sleeve that circles the whole arm, so be aware of which part of the arm is visible, and try to place the tattoo asset accurately with the checkpoint "The elbow pint is above the helmet".
Now with this drawing, the elbow is not visible, but I can determine which part should I place on the forearm. Remember to distort the tattoo asset a lil bit according to the angle (If you want a more natural and accurate look).
I'd mask/change the color to brown to match the skin a little bit, then distort the asset to match the angle and perspective, then mask/clip it down to the skin layer!
Eras some parts of the tattoo that gets light with textured brush so it blends with the skin texture. then add shadow and lighting, and voila!

When the CoD MW4 trailer coincidentally gives your OC and her best friend relationship with Price way more weight since she dies between 3 and 4 anyway
I think it’s my duty to tell the world that not only a single stab was fatal, but also a bunch of those senators accidentally stabbed each other (and some of them died because of the wounds) cause they were panicking so much while attacking Caesar
