tits out tuesday btww
it was easy to take you. it really was. i mean, for all your talk about how scary i am, you practically threw yourself at my feet. you talked a lot about wanting to get kidnapped and taken apart, didn't you? and you know i just want to give girls what they want.
so you got to spend a while (how long? you wouldn't know) chained to a sturdy beam in a dingy room with a tile floor that has a drain. i've had a great time playing in your mind. you don't remember what i took from you, but then there's a lot you don't remember now. your whole world starts and stops in that room, isn't that lovely? i don't suppose you could tell me what your name used to be, could you? and your reactions are so malleable now. freezing your body at a word and letting you remember afterwards all the things you "let" me do to you with no resistance.
but of course the other shoe has to drop sometime. so here you are blinking in the overbright outdoor light for the first time in so long. so clueless. sun bright on your grimy sweat-streaked skin. it's a beautiful day for a hunt. you may not know what's happening, but you don't have to know anything at all to obey when i use that voice to give you the last command you'll hear.
"run."
(having a good week) that’s right. the goal is to increase my baseline. make the spirals shallower until they spin lazily on the surface of the water, lose their suction. im not trying to fix it all at once, im trying to incrementally improve my way into something tolerable. and once im there maybe i can shoot for good
(having a bad week) and in my terrible forge i will temper the flames of ruin
You know technology literacy is dying because I saw this meme with 76k likes
F11 the full screen button? You’re scared of the full screen button? F10?? It opens the menu bar???
Computers are so scary what if I accidentally hit F12 in a steam game and it takes a screenshot. What if I press shift + F12 while in word and accidentally save my document 😖
If you had to learn what the F keys on your computer do through me reblogging this post, then I'm glad you did. Computer literacy is not a skill that gets taught anymore, and it is absolutely one that needs to be taught in order to be learned. Don't ever feel bad for not knowing something, but ☝️ don't ever stop learning learning about your environment, the tools you use, and especially the people around you
Never stop learning+ Never stop sharing what you learned
Just in case: these are common assignments for the F keys, but as the "in [application]" notes imply, strictly speaking every app can assign whatever meaning it wants. None of them is entirely universal, but F1 for help is nearly so.
Also, fun fact, there are "logical" F-keys that don't physically exist on your keyboard but can be accessed with custom layouts or macro programs. Exactly how high a number they go to varies based on your operating system; I can't find evidence for ones beyond F15 on mac, Windows goes to F24, and Linux (at least with xkb/libinput; if you don't know what that means don't worry about it) can handle all the way to F35 as standard.

I'm meeting with Yorinobu Arasaka, Head of Arasaka Corp. They're one of the largest names in corporate security, as well as some other things that I don't find as important. I'm going to ask him some questions that Night City's citizens have been dying to hear an answer to.
"So, who is 'Eddie', anyway? And why is all of our money named after him?"
I need to make out!!
Someone come lay with me on my futon while watching some show that we've seen a dozen times and we slowly inch closer and closer, touching each other sensually until we're on top of one another
Our ravenous kissing punctuated by a particularly silly line in the show
Somehow our clothes find their way to the floor
Eventually the tv asks if we're still watching, but we haven't been paying attention to it
We're too focused on the way our lips feel when they meet, how a subtle move of the leg makes the other breath a little heavier, and the insatiable look in our eyes when they meet
Knowing that trans women of color started the movement in the united states and were literally immediately erased and excluded from what they started is the most deeply jading knowledge.
It is the original sin of the so-called queer community and it damns it from the cradle.
no white gay boy will ever reblog this, watch:

Without Stonewall, without the efforts of Marsha P. Johnson and Sylvia Rivera, the LGBTQ Community wouldn’t be where it is today. Don’t forget the roots, don’t forget the catalyst.
and then TERFs wanna be like, “hmm well the LGBT community existed before Stonewall!”
but like…Becky, of course LGBTQ+ people existed before Stonewall. We’ve all existed since the beginning of time. But the movement got a shock to its senses, a jump-start, a rocket-into-space when that glass shattered via Marsha P. Johnson, and when Sylvia Rivera was up on-stage protesting guess who was on the sidelines heckling her?
The same fuckers who won’t ever reblog or acknowledge this
My apologies to the original poster as I photo captured this post to add to the thread-I reposted this last year for pride and expect to repost it every year I have left-it’s our history people.
Marsha P. Johnson allegedly died of suicide in 1992, and her death was never investigated. Even I, a mere prole, could catch the “she was murdered” vibes from the circumstances surrounding the discovery of her body.
Without a trans black woman, LGBT+ rights would not exist. Never forget. Never “pay it no mind”.
