My boyfriend and I were long overdue for a vacation, so on a whim we decided to take a week off and pack our bags for Hawaii, booking everything only the week before. Having never been to Kaua'i, I didn't know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised by the "garden island" which has beautiful beaches, lush jungle and an epic coastline.
We started off lounging on Poipu beach in the southern part of the island, but after a day or two we were eager to set out via our rented Jeep Wrangler. With the Jurassic Park theme song in mind (the movie was filmed on the island), we explored the island to see what Kaua'i had to offer. Our favorite part was flying over the Na Pali coast, but really, it was all great. Here's a look at our trip!
