Hello and thank you for stopping by my fitness blog! I've began a journey as of March 1st, 2012 to live a healthier life. I've always been overweight so it's kind of all I know, but i'm sick of it and ready for a change (for the better). To reach my goals I will be eating better, getting active, and doing zumba for my exercise four times a week! I will reblog anything that I find motivating, post my own motivation, and hopefully help others who are on this journey with me. My ask box is always open so send me a message anytime you'd like! The one thing I wish to prove with this blog is that ANYONE can lose weight if they just put their minds to it. I FUCKED UP!

lost myself for a while.  stressed beyond belief.  had a lot of shit going on.  gained weight.  fell into a food depression where all I wanted was sweets (which hasn't happened in so long I completely lost myself).  all that hard work for practically fucking nothing.  starting this second time better, will not fail this time, and will get back on track with my blogging to help commit to the healthier lifestyle I want.  i will update with my weight and all that soon.  just fucking pissed off at myself.
