so this is a ramble or a rant or somwhere in between i habe antisochal personality disorder (aspd) and am contiusly frustrated by coments by my mother (who adheirs to a GREAT deal of stigma) she has ben, since hearing about my diagnosis, saying things like “so the emotion in your art is fake right” and “if you dont have any feelings than why dont you do what i tell you to it shoudnt matter (she tham makes robt noises inurt thise hear)” or my least favorire and the one that makes me the angryest “if you cant feel than why dont you just leave your stupid girl freind (my husband is a trangender man) sinse your liering to her any way it would be more polite to just go” i try to tell her no and explain why shes wrong and she fallows up with “NO it says in the book that you CANT form meaningfll relationships” so i am looking for advice she shuts me down every time i try to explain that (not speaking for everyone with aspd) to me emotionis more of a realityve thing and i am low empathy not feeliningless and i feel things difrently so may i have some advice i really do not want to solidify my mothers beleifs by slaping her but im so extreamly frustrated she seems to think that she can now double down on her previously assinie behaviour since “i cant feel” so it “wont make me sad or anything”  . i have only ever had trouble (admittedly bad trouble) with theft. i dont want slaping my assault to be on my record for slaping my mother. so if anyone has sochal skills i would deeply deeply aprecheate it.
