the death toll is at 15K right now and it's estimated to rise to 180K. the government have moved past leaving people for dead, they're actively killing them by preventing relief efforts. they throttled internet access at a time when people are going on twitter to beg for a rescue team for their loved ones. it's hell. and donations are great, but the one thing you can do to help is to look beyond the geopolitics and acknowledge the pain and anger of people who deserve better than this.

There are still NOT sufficient resources on the ground in Adiyaman and those who were rescued are dying from the cold and hunger.

They appreciate the donations to charities, but that charitable help is NOT reaching enough people on the ground at the moment and in villages is totally absent. There is no clear information about how to reach the resources we are seeing on the news. We are still begging with addresses and locations for rescue teams and machinery to rescue those alive from the rubble. The situation is incredibly desperate. physically yes because I don't live in the south but mentally I am devastated, the desperation of not being able to help is crippling to say the least

if you can please help below to fund the search and rescue missions going on in the south of Turkey following catastrophically large earthquakes. there is an estimated 3000 buildings that collapsed and many people are still under the rubbles. the weather conditions are also bad which means we need to provide clothes and other things so survivors can keep themselves warm
