I do not agree with veganism as a moral standard. If it is your personal moral stance, that is fine. If you think humans eating meat is inherently immoral, I don’t want to deal with you, you’re hopeless. Vegan ideology behaves more like a sect of evangelical Christianity than a dietary choice.

Veganism is better for the environment, but claiming that it's a morally superior choice ignores cultural and economic factors that make people eat animal products.

It is not inherently better for the environment. That is the thing. When you begin trying to explain that local, sustainably sourced animal protein is better for the environment than imported plant proteins that are farmed 3,500 miles away using slave labor, they start tuning you out. Down is better for the environment than polyester stuffing, leather is better for the environment than pleather. We should work on making animal agricultural practices more sustainable instead of trying to shame everyone into eating plant products that are also farmed unethically and unsustainably.

Hey so I'm looking for like 4 Stex fans from (northern) Germany who have at least rudimentary experience with dance-/ artistic rollerskating, cosplay either Joule, (toothpaste) Electra, Krupp or Volta, and would be willing to take 5 days + a weekend off to film a recreation of wide smile with a professional filmmaker. Am I insane or do people like that exist

Here is the info regarding what the cine-cut entails!

It is here, finally! After 60+ hours of painstakingly compiling the best clips, aligning them, matching audio to video, grading, denoising, dehazing, translating everything, and waiting 72+ hours for it to export successfully, the Bochum 2015 Cine-Cut is ready for distribution!

I have since revised the distribution. Under the cut, you will find a (safe, prommy) download link for the file. It is valid for 30 days. If you miss this window or find this post later, go through the notes on this post and ask someone to send it to you. :)

If you are really nice, you can put into the tags whether you would be willing to help distribute the boot!

If your phone refuses to play the video/it shows up as a broke thing in your gallery, download VLC media player for android and use that!

That also goes for if your PC tells you that it doesn't recognize the video codec; download VLC media player, it's free and the best media player anyway :)
