Hi welcome to my blog. I intend to use this as a place for me to mainly post my art without it getting bogged down by the swarms of reblogs on my personal account. Although I may post cooking stuff and funny life anecdotes, we'll see.

I am an adult that makes adult art and that's all the warning you're going to get. Anything I make you shouldn't be able to see on accident, but I can't guarantee the same for anything I reblog.

Two men of similar race who live very different lives meet on a park bench

I'll be honest, I only attacked you guys cause I just really love barn owls. They're just so pretty. 

This is colored pencil with a watercolor pencil background. I did this before I realized what Mr Barnes' hands were like so I just gave him human. The combination of artfight and furries is going to be what forces me to learn how to draw clothing I swear, backgrounds too. I had fun with this and I hope you guys like it.

I have not made 1, not 2, but 3 fursonas! 1 for each of my friends. Here's hoping they actually upload them to artfight, cause they are masters of procrastination.

The first one I did was for my bestie @frozenwaterbottles. I was still figuring out my formatting for these ref sheets, so it's a little rougher than the others but I'm still happy with it.

There is no universe in which @asterfellx isn't purple and star themed, it would simply break the laws of nature. Pretty happy with this, decided to give multiple star options since I couldn't decide which was best. Also I have a weird habit of always drawing masculine frames so Aster looks like a beast in anthro form, please ignore that you don't need to draw her shoulders so wide.

This one I'm the most proud of. I'll be honest, part of my reason for making @heartphiliac a fox is that I just love drawing foxes. You can make them so triangle and angular. I think the movie Pom Poko and fox statues left an impact on me as a child. I really feel like I didn't do the lolita outfit justice but she said she likes it, so if its happy I'm happy.

OK so I've wanted to share my food adventures for awhile so here we go. I got a backlog from like a month, we'll see if I stick with it.

Evil fucking marinated cucumbers. It was so spicy I couldn't taste anything. I'm using a 1/3 the spice next time.

Junk journal and the really cool belt I commissioned.

The parsley was from a tabouli recipe, it was nice but I want to do better next time. Dandelions where from our local barn, pressed and then forgotten about. Which is the best way to go about pressing flowers.

The belt has mountain lions because I'm Florida and the sunflower and hibiscus are because we had those when I was a kid. I'm really happy with it. Doesn't come with a buckle though, I have to get my own. I'm thinking of one of those cowboy style plate ones with a mountain lion on it, because it only has two. My bestie thinks that'd look tacky but she just doesn't know fashion like I do. (Thats a lie she's so much more fashionable than I am, but I'm planning on having multiple styles of belts so I'll have options, so it doesn't matter). Belt is by "Bless Your Hide" as you can see. Prices i think are reasonable given her skill and dedication. You can find her on Instagram.

Did a painting of this. Had to take two different photos cause you cant see the trees unless it's in a very specific lighting and angle. Pretty proud of this one. I like how in the second photo the squirrel is just some ominous eyes.

You may hate it but this is what peak friendship looks like. Something I did as a break while working on my wei wuxian art. I'm very proud of my rat study.

Here's some other stuff I did.

Painting of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park. Going to sketch it out next time. This was my first time painting landscapes without a tutorial.

I'll be honest I wanted to do something really cool with this, make it fully colored and really pretty but I just got tired and frustrated. Fighting and figuring out tumblr nonsense while trying to post it didn't help in the slightest. But whatever, it's done. I sound really spiteful but I'm not, I did have fun doing this but after working on a piece for more than two weeks I just get tried of it and I didn't think it was worth it to drag this out. Also I wanna draw fish man. I don't like being stuck on one project, I'm a roaming cat.

This is my contribution to the Wangxian Gotcha for Gaza run by @wangxian-action. Luckily I was able to get a creator's choice from @opelemmescootpastya, so I was able to take some creative liberties and make a Wangxian themed collage.

Took me about a week of on and off work but its done now. I'm really happy with the reflection on the lable of emperor's smile. I only realized after finishing them that the ribbon sizes should be reversed but it was too late to fix it. (You can tell its a feline catastrophe original because there's ribbons doing pretty bullshit) I did end up covering one of my arrows because it was pointing at the word rather than the subject, which was inconsistent with the way I had been doing things. There are things I could have done better like making the text thicker to be more readable or taking a better photo. Normally that's not something I think about because I do junk journaling for my own sake and don't care how it looks on screen. As for the photo I just cant take good photos. My bestie bullies me endlessly for it.

Overall I consider this peice to be ok and want to move onto something else. I'm just really happy to be part of this project and might join others in the future.

Just remembered the other thing I wanted to share. I was fortunate enough to join an art exchange with @mossymage (yes I know it's not necessary to be an exchange but I dont care, I'll be sending some art of thanks... eventually. Life is busy). I'm absolutely ecstatic with it. It was incredibly beautiful and I tried to use every part possible in my junk journal. Card stuff is for something you'll see in the eventual future, need to get to goodwill first. Background is glitterwatercolors.

Learned the lesson that washi tape will take a bit of print with it. I'll probably leave these here when I move back in with my dad so I dont risk damaging them, and only take them when I strike out on my own. Also finally hung my metal Bob Marley poster since I got some wire.
