Yesterday was a good day, hit the beach for some training on the rocks and sand dunes followed by some forrest exploration and precision drills. Photo of FPC's Liam (top) and Ramsay (bottom) drilling some pre's from a tree stump to a fallen tree!

FPC's Stuart Wilson and Ross Marshall on set for some filming with the BBC yesterday!
RUN FPC tops have arrived! Each one is custom hand made and unique. They look absolutely amazing, don't ever want to take it off!
The other week a few of us set about a little night mission! Happy to say we completed this stealthily an silently. More photo's to come!
Went exploring this evening, found a castle and stormed the gates! We climbed in and then trained.
Yesterday a few of the guys hit the beach for some chilled out training!
Yesterday a few members of FPC took to the roofs of St Andrews. They explored and climbed, here are a few pictures from the missions/explorations.
So yesterday we took up the challenge of crossing the tay toad bridge (1.4 miles) from Dundee to Fife, the task was to complete this distance doing quadrepedal movement (walking on all fours) from lamp post number one all the way to lamp post 75. Happy to say everyone achieved there own goals some even smashed there own expectations. Was a great day, some blood some blood and swear along the way accompanied by quite a bit of pain though was well worth it. Afterward we feasted like kings then went jumping. "pain is temporary, quitting is forever"
Here is a photo from not long ago, in which you can see Ramsay hanging 40 meters of the ground holding onto the edge for the ruined castle roof!
Today's training involved some interesting tricky movements on logs, and climbing tree's. Had a great day and a lot of fun!
Picture of Liam, Ramsay and Kyle (left to right) on top of a chimney top of a ruined castle in Kirkcaldy. Was a lovely dat, lots of jumping and climbing happened as well as the occasional awesome photo!
FPC informal jam today! Possibly the nicest day this year, nice little turn out in Kirkcaldy.
So todays evening adventures led us onto the roof tops of an abandoned building with an amazing view of the town center and a rather scary 25-30 meter drop! Was a fun little exploration, hopefully many more to come.
Hit up St Andrews yesterday for a session at the beach which was pretty fun! We then explored so roofs followed by a mission inside a built up area with the aim to complete a full circle of the grounds without being noticed. Unfortunately at the end 3/5 of us were spotted! Better luck next time!
So a few days ago we worked on our foot and hand placements by doing a bit of climbing! Was a good, productive, fun day.
Worke on some dino's today! Managed to get about 3 foot! Was a good day training!
