something i hate seeing all the time in gally fics is him being so fucking rude, then switching up and being like "i'm in love". like what????

and we ALL know that nobody likes book gally. nobody would write for him, just movie gally, who's way more lenient. he might not be nice, but he's not a total fucking asshole the whole time (if we ignore him and thomas' beef.. which is slightly justified. fight me.) and he actually respects people a LITTLE more.

i honestly might be biased, as i am a very big gally defender (movie wise anyway) but i just want a fic where hes not a total dick, but also not a super kind and nice guy cuz that is NOT him. i just want him neutral, and a little hostile. a slow burn is the ONLY way a gally fic should be written. point BLANK. i better not see that dude get soft after like 2 interactions. i can assure you he does not give a shit enough.
