This may be a total shot in the dark, but we've been displaced by Hurricane Ida and it's looking like New Orleans (where I work) and Metairie (where I live) will be without power for 3-6 weeks. That effectively means my husband and I will likely be without work for a few weeks, and I'm scared about money, and any savings we managed to recoup from COVID expenses are about to be obliterated.

The entire electrical grid crumpled into the Mississippi river. Cities near us have been nearly wiped off the map. I'm very tired and sad.

I don't know. I feel terrible asking for help, but if anyone could spare like... Anything. I will be endlessly grateful.

Update: we are without running water for at least 5 days. Without power for a MINIMUM of three weeks. It's 100°+ every day with heat index from humidity. This is a mess.

There are murmurings that we may be out of power for months. I don't know what to do if that's the case. There's no gas anywhere in the greater NO area because everyone is getting gas for their generators. I'm struggling to find gas here and I'm 70 miles away from home.

Y'ALL THE INTERNET GODS HAVE ANSWERED MY PRAYERS I was able to find a copy of Colin's episode of Saturday Night Live he hosted that includes all the sketches cut from the Peacock app, so it's in full. I'm putting this in a google drive that I'm going to use to archive as many of Colin's movies as possible so anyone can access them! Link here!
