He whacking the orc in the upper body/head area with his sword. It doesn’t seem all that hard to follow to me. :D The orc guy even moves back with the force of the “hit" so I think they did a pretty good job of CGI’ing it actually.

Do I know you from ontd? Anyway I meant when the orc hits him. He moves before the orc even "touches" him. Unless he's meant to be slashing him with the end of his scimitar, in which case, dang does Kili have thick skin. It's not obvious in the movie, I just thought it was funny when I made this gif.

I actually have like this huge book with lots of costume details and shit so there is really no excuse for how I never draw their costumes right. Well, w/e they probably changed clothes once or twice over their eighty-ish years of existence.

I didn't even think I liked the Hobbit all that much when I first saw it, but what do you know, I sure am drawing a lot of fanart for someone who was like, "Why don't those dwarves have beards?" Idk these little fuckers are pretty fun.

If you want to know my darkest secret, it is that I only find Richard Armitage attractive as Thorin.
