Hey hay hou diary -7.9.
I'm back for good and for long time! :) it was soooo exhausting , couldn't exercise much,sometimes not at all, but time helped me a lot and slowly it's beginning to be healed enough so finally start do something with me ! I just can't wait ,going back to school ,so managing my food and everything. In a week I'm going somewhere on a vacation, like replacement for summer spent at home in bed (dont know where yet ,but it involves a sea,so yaay :) ). Going with all my weight on:D, going to swim and move as much as possible, but it will be very hard to show my body in bikini, but what should I do, right? Just try to enjoy every moment there. So lets start it one more time ,because I caaan do it , but baby steps , baby steps :) well, refresher , welcome my goals : 1. Would like to lose weight by eating cleaner(dont eat at night) and exercise , I've got some work out plans from my friend, he did it for me once,so now 's the time to try it out :) - lose weight and tone body - hope 2 months are enough to get some results 2. Skin - since last month I've had so many problems with it, so get my skin back in shape by not being lazy about toners, cleaners, creams and so ! 3. University - get back on track - last 4 years , how I had few problems with my health ,still having obviously (nothing too serious that might cause death, but it was time consuming ) and had my first boyfriend for 2 years, i wasn't looking to my future that much and didn't get into school i wanted (I'm in another one) , so my goal is to get in this school for fourth time( yes, what a shame, always had 80% in entrance exam for my dream uni and it just wasnt enought:( but I will try uni in another city,maybe country ,in bigger one,so there will be more "city options":) ) ,so try not to procrastinate,not to be lazy and I'll be hoping to finally start my dream life. 4. Waking up - right time for school, brigade or whatever - that was my problem for last 3 years ,won't be it anymore, hopefully :D Need to change my time like going to sleep , not to sleep all day long..
5. Save money - It's not that big problem for me, but maybe try to save much more for a summer trip 2014 which I dont know about yet ,but I'm sure that with my new smoking hot body :D , dream univ and new beginning it will be the best summer in a while :3 6.,7. - still thinkig about so I will write it there later If there is someone who read it and you know about your journey or goals, than you can message me, i will be very glad to find someone with whom can I talk time to time and maybe we can support each other :) and I am sorry for my english, again, if it is painful -gramar, vocabulary, commas ? ( , ) ,tell me:D

Today was such a stressful and exhausting day.. After lying all day long in my bed and usual fast examination in our hospital and then I had an opportunity to go out but I couldn't fit in any clothes ,soo I didn't go. Maybe you tell yourself how stupid it is but it was so sad, all my confidence went straight to the level 0 ,so I'm kind of depressed of these weeks and I'm looking forward to tomorrow to buy some groceries in the morning, light walk , prepare food for a day and some exercise for arms and chest. I hope I'll wake up because I'm not used to wake up this early these days ,maybe just for hospital. So will see :) Feeling like retard to write it all down on this page but honestly I feel better now after that , going to watch smnt on my pc and then hopefully sleep :)

lets say my name is Ema and live in Wishland. Now the truth : I’m 20 years old and made this blog for my new beginning - weight loss and tonig body, I started this to help motivating myself, keep going and maybe by the time I will be motivation for others, maybe i will be some kind of disappointment and this will motivate you :)
I’m not ready to introduce and show my real self ,yet (I mean my face , I will show my body so I can see progress) but when my cofidence will go up lil bit, I’ll do it (3weeks maybe:D). And I’m really sorry about my english , I’ll try to improve it by the time.
I used to be fit 3 years ago and then I just started gaining weight , so my stats are:
High : 168 cm /5 ft 6 9/64 inch
Weight : 66 kg /145.505 lbs
My goal : 56 kg / 123.458 Ibs
Buuut there is a little problem. I had an surgery 4 weeks ago (4 weeks laying in my bed = 3kg plus) and I’m not able to exercise yet, so my start starts just with eating and hope to start exercising soon. I’ll try do smnt for arms, chest,back but can’t exercise my legs,butt and belly yet. Saturday starts my day, then I’ll get home.
Let’s see what’s going to happen :)
