DAY 28 - 4 WEEKS IN RESULTS
I was 228.9 lbs (103.8 kg) I am now 212.3 lbs (96.3 kg)
I lost 16.5 lbs (7.5 kg) in four weeks.
I did not lose any weight in the last week, for obvious reasons:
The cheatmeal on sunday lunch will remain every sundays. Eating only chicken and broccoli for the rest of my life isn’t worth it, I have to get at least one proper meal once per week.
Because it’s rare, I’ll enjoy it more.
The thing is for this week (BTW no pictures as the weight is precisely the same as last week, no pics needed) I had too many cheatmeals, and not eating healthy thing too (I guess having a cheatmeal on plain chicken isn’t as bad a a eating 2 burgers patties stuffed with butter and honey as a dinner).
I didn’t workout using the THENX “How to lose weight fast” set of exercises. Instead, I went for a 1 hour hike in the mountains every 2 days.
So.
All and all, I think this is actually quite good, here’s why:
Everyone knows the first 5 kilos disappear just like that, and after this the pace to burn fat become slower.
I didn’t exercise that often (every two days = 1 mountain hike) but it seems it’s enough to regulate the weight.
Good news for the future (after the 90 days challenge): I know now what amount of workout/exercise I need to do to stabilize my weight.
AND on top of that, this last week wasn’t the perfect one: too many bad food ingested on random times: I didn’t stick to the usual schedule of meals.
TL;DR Zero progress this last week, I just stabilized my weight and I know why. Now I’m on to something more strict to achieve this 90 days challenge properly.
