Drinking black vinegar is really great for you. So far, I have covered how black vinegar replenishes collagen, reduces the stubborn fat. And I know you just want to jump in and get in to detoxing with black vinegar.
But!
Everything is better in moderation. When you are detoxing with vinegar, always remember to dilute it. Try to drink it after a meal or sip it throughout the day.
Vinegar contains acetic acid, which can burn your esophagus and/or erode your teeth if you drink it in excess. Therefore, you must dilute it in water or a beverage of your choosing. I like to have mine with fruits infused in it.
