Dinner: 2 slice of whole meal toast (145cal), tuna Mayo 40g (52cal), 2 egg whites (34cal), 1 piece of potato wedge (15cal)
TOTAL: 492cal
Lost 0.3kg overnight! Which is 0.661 pounds!

Beancurd no sugar 60 calories

A piece of imitation crab leg 40 calories
