A sunny journey
I’ve been very busy at work in the last week or so, I apologise for my lack of posts. Summer has ended now and right on cue, it’s started raining. Although it is still ridiculously hot, the other night it was 35 and climbed to 39 by 4am! So much for Summer being over. As promised, here is our recipe for the smoked chilli BBQ sauce we made. This recipe is quite large, so unless you loooove chilli, or have an excess of friends who love chilli or you grew heaps of chillis but you’re not sure what to do with them, then you’ll have to scale it down.
