Hello, I am an essential worker without hazard pay in a state where COVID-19 is surging, who continues to struggle financially. I also have monthly payments on an expensive dental procedure I had last month, which increases my bills substantially. I don’t know when the second stimulus bill will go through and if it does and I qualify and receive it sometime this month, I will withdraw my request for help. At the moment, however, there are a lot of unknown variables at play.

I also do genealogical commissions. I do record research through ancestry.com and I am very thorough and have helped dozens of people who can testify to my work. I charge $20 an hour which I think is a fair price for the work that I do. If you’ve commented on my last post expressing interest and I haven’t gotten to you yet, I apologize but I promise I will get to you. Comment and I’ll DM you more about it.

My goal is to get through the month is $1,100. I am so extremely grateful and appreciative for all the help I have received received in the past. Thank you all so much! 💖

I am going to level with all of you.

I have spent the small amounts that have been sent on medication and am basically at nil here. I need to leave my job sooner than planned because I’m in such severe thyroid pain from insomnia that I cannot function. In order to leave earlier than planned though, I really need help, I really really, really need help. I’m probably going to have to raise the goal here but I have never been in such severe and desperate pain in my life and I can’t live like this. Please keep reblogging and help me.

let’s talk about how so many of you who advocate for “women’s liberation” only support women who adopt a secular or irreligious lifestyle :) let’s talk about how so many of you do not care for the liberation and actually downright disrespect, mock and humiliate women who choose to adhere to faiths that YOU personally believe to be “misogynistic” or “conservative” instead of actually respecting women who make the choice to practise their faith. your activism is fake, it’s arrogant and downright disrespectful. ALL women have the right to make their own personal choices in how to live their life - irrespective of if they practice a faith/belief system or not. you are not above or more intelligent than women who choose to practise their beliefs or religion in a particular way that makes them feel liberated and content just because you don’t personally believe that for yourself. maybe get your ignorant head out of your ass and understand that your personal definition of “freedom” and “liberation” isn’t a blanket definition for multiple women from multiple different backgrounds, beliefs and faiths - and that is ok as long as you don’t shame and humiliate women who don’t feel “free” in the way you think you think they should.

also since i’m muslim i would like to particularly highlight this is violence against muslim women and direct islamophobia. i’m not sure what you lot are so obsessed with muslim women’s autonomy is, but it’s quite frankly boring and exhausting for muslim women to have to constantly explain themselves. muslim women are not the only women who practice faith in a conservative manner, and muslim women are not one dimensional. maybe check ur islamophobic rhetoric before opening ur sewage excuse of a mouth thank you!
