The issue with solving FNAF lore is that people go into putting together a timeline with the idea that Scawthon had literally any idea what he was doing
When you consider fnaf 4 was only made because fnaf 3 wasn't well received and that pattern continued until we got Pizzeria Simulator and happened AGAIN with the Ruin DLC, it's painfully obvious that there was no master plan for the lore. This is obvious. Scott himself has admitted that his process is, essentially, making stuff up as he goes along. He never even figured out what was inside The Box. Yknow, the single mystery that has been haunting this fandom for years. I do think he had intended plotlines with each addition to the franchise, but it changed each time. fnaf 1-4 is a contained story, and fnaf 1-Pizza sim is also a contained story, but the stories both of them tell are wildly different. When you try to put together a timeline, there are going to be things that just don't add up, and they don't add up not because your theory is WRONG, but because fnaf isn't a well constructed, laid out story. There will be general canon most people can agree on, but everyone's interpretation of the lore is gonna be a little bit different. And I think when people realize that folks with different interpretations aren't wrong (because there is no way to be truly Right about fnaf), but just different, is when the True Fun Will Begin

i genuinely hate how people have to sit and write a post that stands out while boosting a fundraiser because most people won't bat an eye at the misery and inhumane conditions Palestinians are living in.
i see people making art and telling others to use it because fundraisers with art are generally reblogged more often. i see people using colored text in order to make the post more eye catching.
palestinians on instagram are using popular audios and stitch trending reels at the beginning to make the world pay attention to them. imagine having to make something look entertaining in order to survive.
they are living under constant threat of israeli airstrikes, bombing, scarcity of food and disease. many have lost a lot in the past few months.
palestinians on tumblr are posting their pictures and the horrible conditions in which they are living. they travel long distances for internet connection only to be called a scammer by some privileged ass who cannot locate gaza on a map.

buying esims is a bit more involved than some may realize-- there are different plans available (1GB, 3GB, 5GB, 10GB), all different prices, all of which expire, meaning that you need to continuously replenish, or "top-off", someone's data plan once the esim is activated
(well-- it's not "needed" perse, but having a plan expire means the esim user must go through the arduous process of activating a new esim- which as stated above, are in extremely limited supply
maintaining an esim may not be feasible for everyone. if that's the case for you- i strongly recommend putting money towards crips for esims. this project not only purchases esims, but keeps 3000+ esims active on behalf of their donors

Immigrant Legal Advocacy Project - Lifeline for Congolese asylum seekers who relocate to Maine, which is one of the most popular places in the country for asylum seekers from the RDC and Congo.
Amjambo Africa - Completely FREE nonprofit newspaper that you can get at grocery stores in cities around Maine with large African populations. It offers news in French and is critical for disseminating information about immigration law and policy changes in a way that's actually accessible. They take donations, because again, they don't sell the paper, they give it out for free.
If there are a lot of Congolese asylum seekers in your community, consider learning French! Typically asylum seekers who come in the land route from Brazil to Texas speak very, very minimal English because of the urgent nature of their evacuation. If you live in a community with a lot of Congolese people, you will start to notice people struggling to convey their needs at places like the DMV, town hall, and post office. One real concrete way you can help immigrants from Congo and the RDC right now is to learn enough French to help interpret.
It seems like it's a steep learning curve, but for someone who is already fluent in English, French isn't that hard. I taught myself French independently while working in the govt and got hours of daily practice with people from Congo and the RDC and that was enough to make me able to serve clients in French and to this day I can step in at places like the post office.
Learn to pronounce French names. Learn how to pronounce names in Lingala, which has the most straightforward and unambiguous pronunciation system of any language I've ever seen. Learn how to pronounce phonemes like mb-, nk-, nd-, etc. Imagine how dehumanizing it would be to have your name mispronounced everywhere you go - your name, a core piece of how you conceptualize yourself. Imagine how it would feel to finally be addressed correctly.
You don't have to have spare money to give to make concrete change. Just effort.

The country where I come from, Venezuela, has had an election for president that has resulted in fraud. Mr. Nicolás Maduro has proclaimed himself President although the votes have said the opposite. This regime has devastated the lives of its citizens, resorting to violence against those who opposed it. It has brought ruin to a nation once celebrated as a pioneer of Latin American independence, yet many choose to overlook its plight. Venezuela, a country that once extended support to immigrants and provided aid to others, is now dismissed as insignificant by many.
If you are an advocate who values the dignity and needs of individuals, we urge you to raise your voice alongside us. Don't ignore us because we are Latinos, this is also a war. It is a conflict against an individual who has controlled his armed forces, law enforcement, narcotics syndicates, and citizens, rendering any attempts at reform futile despite our vocal protests. I have family members who are unable to depart through legal means, and if they choose to leave unlawfully, they face harsh judgment from people of the outside.

Gazafunds actually deals with this anxiety and makes a decision for you if you want. Their home page has a spotlighted fundraiser and the code consider things like how close the gfm is to finishing, when the most recent donation is, etc. So it's randomized to help as many people as possible.
There's also @helpgazachildren which if you donate, you can help multiple people at once since it's a whole mutual aid fund, or at least close to it. Hussam distributes money to people who need it when he's asked.

The past few weeks I have seen an explosion in doomerism and defeatism about Trump. Some people seem to have just decided to call the election for him for reasons that don't even make much sense
(He was almost shot and that always helps! Look at Reagan and Teddy Roosevelt! Reagan was already president and incredibly popular, and the shooting happened 2 months into his first term; Roosevelt was shot when he was campaigning in 1912....in an election he lost)
Trump has never been popular, he has never won the popular vote, and he has never had popular support. For the past 3 years, especially post Roe V. Wade, Democrats have increasingly overperformed especially in special elections. There were so many polls predicting 2022 would be a Red Wave, that turned out to be false due to faulty and biased polling. I'm not saying a Dem loss is impossible, but it is a lot less of a sure thing than the doomsayers are making it out to be
How does Trump win? Apathy. Despair. Low Turn Out. While many of the "Trump is guaranteed to win" posters I'm sure are real people who are justifiably scared, I think we underestimate just how many are people at home and abroad, who want a lower turnout, who want Trump to win.
I used to hear a joke growing up that "If voting did anything, they would make it illegal" Well considering how hard Republicans are trying to discourage voting and making it hard to do, it must do something.

it really hurts me to see so many gazans asking us for help, though that's through no fault of their own. they've been forced to use a social media site that they're probably not familiar with (because tumblr has kind of faded out of popular consciousness), to interact with us in a second language, to distinguish themselves from the scammers who are taking advantage of genocide, and to ask strangers for help. i don't think there are any cultures where it's easy to ask for help like this, but i'm intimately familiar with how humiliating it can be in arab culture. please be kind, gracious and helpful to the gazans in your inbox. this is a desperate time for them, and in addition to the physical danger inflicted by "israel", the prices of basic resources in gaza are extremely high due to scarcity, and those that manage to escape to egypt are financially exploited by landlords there and have an extremely difficult time finding work due to their unofficial status as refugees. these families will continue to need our help and i hope we can all continue to provide it to the best of our ability.

copy and paste descriptions into google to see if there are scam accounts reusing the same story, check to see if there are any images/updates on the fund with faces. go to the original blog, check if the post asking for help is only an hour old, or even less than that. refrain from donating if all it links to is a PayPal account, without any further confirmation of identity.
it’s horrible to say but it’s never been a better time for scam artists to exploit your generosity, when things seem so dire, and I’ve donated to campaigns before only to realise later that the entire story was stolen from an actual family in need. due diligence might take a few more minutes out of your day but at least you won’t be sending money to an opportunistic scumbag.
