THIS WAS THE BTS COMEBACK CELEBRATION DAYYYY!!!

Brekkie was with mah friend in a café: cappucino&oatmeal with banana and raspberries

Then we had ice cream. I had the salted caramel one while my friend had the avocado one;))

Then we had wok noodles for lunch

Then we bought mochi because fvckin’ jimin

And then kimchi for dinnah:33

This is my another: what I ate in a day😝

Brekkie’s simple: oatmeal superyummy;) (the ussual recepie, added a bit of tumeric, and it’s heaven)

Lunch was turkey with !bacon!! and pasta. Then I challenged myself again with an ice creeeam! Yes! I honestly dont really like the chocolate one but tried it anyway b/c fuck it. The salted caramel one was amazing tho;)

Dinnah was pumpkin pancakes with loads of fruit;)

Oh hi! Hey, yeah, so in the last week I’m bringing back the absolute love of my life: english yorkshire tea with milk:)) If you haven’t tried it, you have no life.

I stopped drinking it because of the “unnecessary” milk in it but hey. Could we drink it just black? Sure. But do we WANT the milk in it because it tastes hella good? YES.

So that’s it about my life tea lecture^^plus this was my breakfast:))

So TODAY I challenged myself and ate a biscuit!! Yay!😂

I had the weirdest hunger today, so i had breakfast, then lunch and then i had WAY MORE snacks than usually and honestly who cares.

I had this big bowl of fruit, then the cookie and then some more bluebs and a toast with butter.

Then chicken for dinner and good night sushi rolls!! ^^

Heyyy!!

So i am currently fighting the flu which is honestly the worst bc i don’t feel hungry at all but when i eat i feel better afterwards soo... but whatever – we are still doing it!

Breakfast was mah porridge – WHICH was NOT the usual bc i had melon in it! Finally! I can feel the spring coming^^ And it was somehow the best porridge i had in dayyys, and i have no idea why... my oatmeal making skills are probs getting better xD also, look at that pic😏

Lunch were potato dumplings and pork with like five pickles, and i had coffee afterwards;)

Snack was a banana (1) mango, strawberry (3) smoothie and a little bit of my raw flapjack (banana&coconut) that i don’t have a picture of

Dinner was an avo and cream cheese toast

Heyyy:))

Breakfast was simple since i have to go to school early and don’t have much time in the morning.

Morning snack was once again bread with cream cheese and ham

For lunch i accomoanied my friend to veggo but brought my own lunch becausw we stick to the recovery! ;) it was kuskus, avo and ham with fruit water:))

I was super hungry when i got home from school and i was CRAVING a toast with butter and fruit so i did just that:)

Dinner was sweet potato and chicken:)

Lunch was spaghetti:))

I somehow forgot to snack... :/ but coffee:)

Dinner was spaghetti again and then (instead of that snack;)) i had baked banana&strawberry&coconut bites as a dessert:))

This was my tuesday😋

Breakfast: cinnamon porridge with poppy seeds and berries, tea

Snack was my usual bread which i don’t have a photo of.

Lunch: kuskus with duck breast and salad

Afternoon snack: greek yoghurt with tangerine, raspberries and a little piece of a raw protein bar:))

Dinner: sweat potato, corn and chicken on vine sauce.

A also had costa in the morning and my homemade coffee in the afternoon.

Lunch rise noodles with chicken in coconut sauce

Yesterday i had my usual morning snack (bread, cream cheese, ham and salad), then i had pretty much the same for lunch but with a yoghurt bc i had to have it in a car bc of a doctors appointment. ;)

When i got home, my afternoon snack: Banana and spinnach smoothie with strawberries and pumpkin seeds.

Dinner was stuffed sweet potato (mushrooms, chicken breast and zucchini:))
