Desperate times call for desperate zine-making! After a rough week, @katie_daugherty and I redirected our energy to creating a super last-minute zine for this weekend's @clevelandflea. Meet the ✨Self Care Index: A Pocket Guide to Remembering the Things You Like to Do ✨ As usual, Katie did most of the work and it turned out SO GREAT. While we all have a lot of work to do to create a more loving and just world, don't forget that you can't take care of others unless you're taking care of yourself. ❤️(You can also find it at freeperiodpress.com.)

Among all of the many (MANY) feelings I've been processing this week, I've felt such an intense desire to create. Art has such an important role to play in moving society forward. I've been so grateful for the art of @merelymeeralee and @bymariandrew and for the words of @elizabeth_gilbert_writer and @mirandajuly this week. . Those creative side projects I've had on the backburner? Those are happening. Like, @katiedaugherty and I are going to have a new zine at the @clevelandflea next weekend. 😳 .
