OH! Hold On, did I forget to mention I’m also diagnosed with a disorder called “ARFID”?

ARFID stands for Avoidant/Restrictive Food Intake Disorder. Pretty much what it is, it makes you a picky eater/ makes you very strict on what foods you like and dislike. Since Most autistic/adhd people are already picky eaters, ARFID just makes me even more picky lol

Like literally I don’t eat things like Mac n cheese or hamburgers, I’m THAT picky 😅[mostly because sometimes I’m picky about the texture of food, other times it’s because of the taste since my tastebuds are all messed up since I sorta taste food differently then other people.]
