Mean Girls (2004) // Conclave (2024)
i saw somewhere once a post that said "if tony stark was still alive he'd love making fun of john walker in steve's honor" and yeah i absolutely think that is true. and tony would be the most upset out of everyone, actually

sorry i said gay when you and your buddy had a massive falling out and tried to kill each other. it just kinda looked like that.
An aquarium in Japan was closed for renovations, and their resident sunfish got depressed not seeing visitors. So the staff put some uniforms with printed faces against the tank, and it immediately recovered.

marvel parallels 2/?
Do you think the reason Bucky became more closed off after endgame and pretty much trusted not really anyone, was because he felt betrayed and left by Steve the most important person in his life he trusted with everything just left him. Like literally just left him there with people he pretty much doesn’t know and still highly traumatised. So Bucky thinks that if he trusts someone again they just leave him, like Steve did and sees no point in opening up anymore.
I feel like that, in terms of so called 'canon events', the fallout is Steve and Tonys.
Sure, they meet in every universe, they fight and make up in most, in many they love each other, sometimes they hate each other, but every time, without fail, there is the one big rip, the fallout.
Because at the core of their relationship they are different and they are meant to change each other, sometimes by extreme measures.
And so in every universe there is a big fight, a civil war, a divorce.
And in some universes- in the very best- they reunite, they close the distance, make up, maybe fall in love again. And man, do I love those universes.
Cause those are kind of the best.
First base is beating the shit out of each other second base is having a civil conversation
Third base is dying for each other fourth base is marriage
something about steve and tony both having a piece of each other to hold onto in the 5 years they spent apart; the shield steve surrendered and the arc reactor tony gave up and it being representative of the most core parts of themselves. something about them reuniting after half a decade and literally getting a part of themselves back when they see each other.
