Art.Photography.People. Fuchs Projects is a contemporary studio/art space which has its prime location in Bushwick, Brooklyn, New York since 2012.      It is an outlet that shows the photography and painting works of Rafael Fuchs as well as an "experimental lab" for other emerging and mid-career artists who are creating innovative and challenging art works.                          Fuchs Projects has been serving as an "ambassador of Bushwick" and has been the primary visual archivist of the Bushwick art and social scene progression since 2005, and has in its collection over 1M images of the “History of Bushwick”

Opening reception: Sept. 8th. Fuchs Projects has mixed feelings about announcing a show by xxxxx artist. Entitled “ARE YOU, STILL, HUNGRY “ the exhibition will run from September 8th. 2017 till when the works will be xxxx, probably for a xxx of weeks. For this exhibition, xxxx has created a cohesive body of figurative paintings, mixed media. #photocollages, each of which depicts, in the artist's abstrusely playful visual language, a xxxxx on a xxxxxx tradition . The characters, while loosely recognizable as such, seem eerily xxxx : the figures are all xxxx off at the xxxxx of generations xxxxx, their bodies rendered as shimmering, xxxx ; their distinctly organic appearance is further emphasized by xxxxx, spewing xxxx that emits from a digital xxxx in each work. As is typical of xxxxx's latests practice, his saturated, xxxx rendering provides a mask for a series of mysterious, frequently xxxx themes and motifs; the paintings are #bizarre, contradictory depictions of quotidian subjects, containing equal measures of affection and menace. xxxx employs an oddball sense of humor - rife with visual puns and exaggerated stylization - to allow the viewer to access his work's quietly foreboding undertones, as well as the darkness he perceives in the day-to-day of modern life. Within this show, the phrase xxxxxxxx is made literal by the streams of xxxxx that emit from the xxxx figures. The #fantasy of a xxxxx, as suggested by the exhibition's title, provides a respite from the mechanized xxxxx of xxxxx life. The figures' odd, xxxx physiques and xxxx anonymity further suggest this kind of xxxxx, the treatment of people as xxxxxx under xxxxx.
