Hello everyone, seeing as this blog already has 21 followers (wow!), I just wanted to write a quick post to say thank you so much and I hope you're all having fun reading. I also wanted to introduce myself and give a little bit of an explanation on what this blog is about for current and future followers.
I'm M., she/her, 26 y/o, nice to meet you everyone! I've been a fan of stray kids since Miroh era, but I've been into kpop and fanfiction for waaay longer than that.
This blog was born because my silly autistic brain loves to organize things, and that includes fanfiction I've read. Initially it was just going to be a sort of archive I kept for myself, but then I decided to turn it into a recommendation blog because I hadn't seen one like this made for stray kids (not saying they didn't exist, I just didn't know of any), and I thought well, if it can help someone else find a nice read, why not?
You might have noticed that the ffs I've recommended so far are very old, and that's because I also go about finding them in a funny way... My intention is to comb through the entire "stray kids" tag in AO3 and to put every single ff I like in this blog. I'm doing that in publication order, so as time go by you will notice the ffs getting more recent. I'm trying to read and update as regularly as possible to catch up to date, but I apologize if the posts ever get a bit slow because well... life does get in the way sometimes.
You also might have noticed that I only recommend M/M ffs in here, and that's because that's basically all I read, but I might consider including straight fics in the future if I get some good recommendations. I'm quite a picky reader, but I'm trying to give all kinds of ffs a chance so everyone can find something they like. My rule of thumb is if I cringe, I click away lol, but i'm really trying to be less strict on this and recommend things that might not be my thing personally but that I think someone else might enjoy. Still, I do only recommend things I've genuinely enjoyed reading, and I hope you guys will find something you like too!
I also give hearts to my favorite ffs, so my criteria is a bit like this:
No hearts = not crazy about this, but I did read all of it and it was overall a fun read
♡ = I really liked this, but it was missing a little something, or maybe just not the type of thing I would usually read.
♡♡ = I LOVED this! It was great! One of the best things I've read but again, there's something missing (maybe awkward grammar, or I felt some characterization was a little off)
♡♡♡ = This is PERFECT! just PURE AND ABSOLUTE PERFECTION!!! I loved every single thing about this. Nothing is missing.
Again, this is just my opinion, I don't mean to offend anyone with it and everyone is welcome to disagree with me.
One last thing, I think it should be obvious but all ffs belong to their respective authors, I don't claim ownership of anything on this blog unless I state otherwise. Also, if I've recommended your ff and you want it off my blog, please send me a message and I'll remove it immediately.
