the leader. she always thought more of him than he did himself. she thought he was courageous and capable of getting into art school, feats he doubted were even possible. even as she says he’s not funny, he can’t help but laugh. that playful ribbing is all too familiar and all too sabrina. ❛ alright, theo’s the jokester. roz has gotta be destiny --she can see the future it’s too perfect. and as for me bein’ a leader...i don’t know, but i’m flattered. guess i gotta live up to the cyclops legacy, huh? ❜

❛ yeah --mostly sketches but i figure it’s something. ❜ sometimes amongst the array of cartoons and superheroes he’ll find himself sketching his brother. but that’s a detail he keeps to himself, knowing that she still harbors guilt over what happened to tommy. he doesn’t tell her that he’s sketched her either. ❛ do uh --do you wanna see some? ❜

❛ as far as i know a looks just that. ❜ a beat. he’s not sure what she’s getting at, whether she’s trying to scare him or trick him into saying something dumb but she seems too confident in her words for comfort. ❛ unless you’re superman and you learned laser vision. ❜

she was full of bad ideas, wasn’t she? she should have stayed away, she knew that. she was putting him in danger by standing in front of him. she was acting selfish, but wasn’t that very witchy of her? to make a selfish choice that put a mortal in danger ❝ –salem missed you. ❞

he’ll take this over not seeing her at all --even if it hurts. at least he knows she’s safe after leaving him with such a cryptic message declaring how unsafe she was. ❛ well you can tell salem he can visit me whenever he wants. ❜ the offer mostly stood for her but it was easier to pretend they were talking about her cat.
