This morning I turned on my diffuser and I added eucalyptus and peppermint oil. I thought about my high school best friend, Alivia, she was the first person I met that had a diffuser in her room. I was so intrigued by the fresh smells and her collection of oils, every time i slept over she would let me pick whatever scent I wanted. I would always turn it on before we went to sleep and in the mornings. I think its so sweet remembering her in that simple act, the many conversations of our youth in her room not knowing we would eventually lose contact.

you have to love yourself so much that you become unbothered by the lack of love from others
Less social media and more movie/book consumption I want to feel full of inspiration

I’m often watching movies in order to see dead people. I want to see them again, I want to hear them. And so cinema is in a way a kind of shrouded post-death machine, you know. In a way cinema is a cemetery.

At the end of the day, I know it doesn’t matter. It was him last month, and it’s you this week. Who will I be sick for next year? We all are just people, not one belonging or being meant for the other.
