shoutout to samuel and robin from #fic rec... im actually so invested in the fic regulus is writing because WDYM samuel thought the love of his life died and he tried to move on and got married but then his wife died too and he found himself apologising to her grave every week for not grieving her as much as he's still grieving robin. and then a random guy who looks like robin starts standing at the entrance to the graveyard and listening to samuel talk to his dead wife. the stranger starts talking to samuel, who mentally nicknames him robert to try and not project robin onto this random boy who looks just like his ex boyfriend. but like...... the fic is refered to as 'leo's time travel fic' so obviously robert and robin are the same person and robin never fucking died, he just was living in the future

the best part obviously being that this is fanfiction based on a historical military something tv show that walburga and orion thought would be educational and inspiring to show their kids
