Hello lovely humans. I've spoken to a few people about this in person, but this is my first time sharing it on here so I'm a little apprehensive. Below is a link to a blog I have started writing. Its centered around finding different ways to relax, which I'm attempting to do each week. I'm sharing it for a few reasons: 1. To get some ideas on different/unusual relaxation methods 2. Any constructive feedback 3. To encourage me to stick to it and actually chill out a little bit 4. So that if you're interested you can give it a read and perhaps give it a try yourself.
