Flatworm facts
i exist and i love you
[laughs in being an oc made by a romantic couple that fused their fursona's character designs together to create a theoretically child which the two creators now share the use of]
don't worry, i'll just imply it.
It's very rare when I say lol that something actually makes me laugh out loud you know… But this Fucking video actually had me cackling
HE STRAIGHT UP TRIED TO SACRIFICE THE GREMLIN CHILD TO THE PIT
"The rug has a paralax"
It's not a rug, it's a hologram. This is explained in the original video. That's why it's solid and doesn't wrinkle or fold. You can even tell that's the case, because the image only morphs vertically, not horizontally. That's why the animals all get confused and take a slower step at the same distance from it as they're approaching it. Holographic prints look realist when seen from almost face on, like the animals can see when they're close and the camera can see from this angle. Before that the image would visually glitch as you were approaching it. That's why the animals are fascinated by it.
"Is that supposed to be a trash bin?"
Nope. That's a photocopier, idiot.
"Is that a collar or a scar?"
That's the buckle of a collar. The collar is black and mostly hidden by the fold of their neck, the buckle is yellowed silver.
it's actually a popular brand for pitbull owners.
"Dogs don't usually walk side by side."
Yes, yes they do. In fact this is very well known.
"The pitbull's shadow isn't in sync with its walk."
Uh, yes it is. What are you talking about?
"The chihuahua has a lazy eye."
Yeah. Chihuahuas often have wall-eye. It's common for the breed.
"Their sweater warps as they walk."
That's because it's not a sweater, but a raincoat.
The flappy folds splay out as the hips rock side to side, because they're not tucked underneath.
"The cat and the camera freeze at the exact same time."
That's because they used image stabilization, and set the cat as the focus. They chose the cat because the other two dogs don't stop for the duration of the video.
"This wall looks like a door."
That's because it's a door inside of a wall. It's a wall closet that seems to have been built into an old window.
here's a similar one i found online.
"The trim and corner here are mangled."
I don't know what to tell you. The trim and corner here are mangled. Stop criticizing their shoddy DIY.
looks like poorly fitted PVC quadrant trim. You can even see the end of the double-sided tape sticking out.
"The flooring is sometimes single wad, sometimes double."
That's because it's wood pattern vinyl.
"Adult dogs don't pick up other dog's like lion cubs."
Yes they do.
"The chihuahua would freak out and fight back."
Dog literally bite each other's necks to calm them down.
"there's no censor noise in the dark area of the rug."
Certain cameras don't artifact in dark shades. It depends on the video settings. If you use Windows Media compression it does, but there's a wide variety of alternatives. Most people tend to use the Windows one, because it comes free with their PC's operating system, but considering the professional photocopier in the background, I'm guessing they have Adobe Illustrator, which has a different type of video compression, that doesn't actually do that.
"AI texture noise in the cat's fur pattern."
Where? What are you talking about?
That's just what a domestic shorthair looks like.
"The woman's voice sounds like AI."
That's because the audio wasn't added by the person who originally uploaded the video.
"The camera doesn't shake when she laughs."
Okay, I'm done. That is the most braindead take I've ever heard.
Since the Maji invented gunpowder...
that would "technically" make this a magic missile.
Punkey Doodle Challenge
[laughs in womanhood, as the spell gravitates to the nearest male to me, that being the wizard that cast it.]
yeah girl, slay!
Val: "Please cast repel maidens on me. Please please, I am begging you. I'm in a poly relationship with 4 partners, not including myself. I JUST WANT SOME ME TIME!"
Couldn't make up my mind between red or blue antlers for Dess but then I had an idea
are the horns hetero?
-chromic?
"don't worry scientists will invent a way to solve climate change!" They already did... several times over... just the people who didnt like their solutions (cough cough oil companies) had enough cash to shut them up both legally and illegally
leo is wrong
imagine having the balls to say that.
and imagine being right.
wait for the keteld lore drop before saying that.
da joker
I need to press his bruises like it’s his gspot
this you?
why does it look like jacksfilms?
idk who needs to hear this but artificial vanilla flavoring / imitation vanilla extract:
- is so so cheap compared to the real thing - I just bought 10fl oz for $2
- tastes exactly the same (It is made from synthetic vanillin, which holds up better than the more complex flavor compounds in real vanilla extract during high-heat baking)
- does not destroy the ecology of another country
- most ppl in taste tests cannot detect a difference, and those that do prefer the synthetic flavor
go get that synthetic vanilla !!!
well i'm a minority again, because i can tell the difference, and the fake stuff tastes worse.
I do fear you didn’t have to say that on a post about minimising environmental harm. Pure vanilla is always going to be in demand, increasing the need to expand vanilla plantations + farms in places like Madagascar and Indonesia. And since vanillin is now the most commonly-used chemical in creating synthetic vanilla, the primary concern shifts from deforestation & intense labor to possible allergic reactions, dislike of the taste, etc.
There will always be downsides to anything. But I think it’s better to at least be aware of what’s going into the creation of something than wilfully ignore it just because you don’t like the taste. Use it as a chance to look for more ecological alternatives. Learn about vanilla and its production. But you are not the exception and I frankly don’t know why you felt the need to add that
i'll be honest with you dude.
the Madagascan environment was damaged beyond repair more than a century ago.
the people who are trying to campaign to fix it are actually the people turning it into farmland.
Madagascan environmentalism is a scam.
You should be focusing your efforts on environments that actually need serious effort to fix and are not already doomed with no hope.
For example Peru.
They are going to build a road that will cause untold damage to the entire planet's ecosystem.
That needs to be stopped, can be stopped, and if we actually focused our attention on it, instead of letting spindoctors waste our efforts in the wrong places, could be stopped right now.
but since there's a financial incentive to build the road for trade all around the planet, there are thousands of media companies out there that are gonna convince you to look elsewhere while they screw us all over.
just saying.
there is QUITE CLEARLY a man standing in the woods on the right.
Am I wrong?
*packing my suitcase for a 3 day trip* hm, but what if I need my terracotta warriors..
me who literally carries a poppet strawman with me wherever i go:
the lion does not concern himself with where the light source in his drawing is
the lion gonna die from radium poisoning
