I know I don't post often and when I do it's always quite random who I do end up posting about. I feel it is important to say this though: I will not be posting ohm, poon, satang, winny, fourth, gemini, mark, junior, sea, keen, surf, java, save and franc from GMMTV after their misogynistic act at that event. Standing tall and proud behind the women who were told/made to kneel for that photo...when the women were all wearing dresses...

Regardless of if you watch bl and gl or only bl, regardless of if you know those actresses. It is plainly obvious they deserve more respect and we can't just gloss past this.

THIS. If any of them spoke up, it could’ve maybe caused some difference. (Please let me know if anyone did, because I heard mixed things that a couple of actors tried & staff stopped them.) but until I know someone spoke up, I won’t be watching any of their series either.

It’s a damn shame because my two ongoing shows I was watching & loving so far was Head 2 Head and That Summer. But I can’t watch them, knowing this and moreso knowing GMMTV is getting streams, making money, and can excuse their behavior. Do better!

Hold them accountable!!!! Ohm, poon, satang, winny, fourth, gemini, mark, junior, sea, keen, surf, java, save, franc, GMMTV, the ceo, the staff, and TikTok awards. Nothing is going to change if no one speaks up.

And while I’m on this topic, let’s talk about the sheer amount of time and energy spent on BL couples versus GL couples at GMMTV— coming from someone who only watches bls— it’s so prominent. Count 1: The concerts and fan meetings… guilty. Count 2: The involvement during Starlymics… guilty. Count 3: the roles… guilty. Count 4: the extra activities + shows they’re on… guilty. Shall I keep going? Like if you’re going to have actors and actresses AND continuously get more under your company (it needs to be stopped, they don’t treat the ones they have rn right & they keep getting more) then you need to show that you deserve them. But at the end of the day, GMMTV is just a company, and company’s will always care about money.

Unfortunately we got almost the opposite of someone speaking up: we got Tay and New getting involved and making it about themselves and Polcasan. So I shall stop posting about those two as well, especially after seeing some of the resurfaced stuff of New.

There has been some response from the staff at the event but it was a fumbling attempt to save face with no sign of actual remorse or understanding.

It's very disappointing to see, regardless of who you are and what you identify as. We can't just move on though if we ever hope to see any form of progress.

I know you know you did wrong, because after the awards -- and presumably after you got some very deserved backlash -- you took this picture instead:

Deeply disappointed to see all these men just standing there with their hands in their pockets, while their coworkers (who I believe are all also younger than almost all of the male actors) in dresses and heels kneel. It's infuriating.

I'm going to need one of those blue and white press statements from them immediately if not sooner, and I'm going to need every one of those dudes to apologize profusely and then do better every day forever from now on.
