Throwing down some headcanons about the textures of Eeveelutions because I have them
- Eevee: Fluffy with a capital F. Very like cat or fox fur. Your fingers could disappear in its fur.
- Vaporeon: Smooth skin like a beluga. Maaaybe otter fur at most.
- Flareon: exactly like Eevee but Drier and hot inside. You stick your hand in that fluff and you're gonna burn if you're not careful
- Espeon: I don't care what anyone says, they're hairless cats to me. I love hairless cats. That thing on their ears could be fluff (some hairless cats do have some fur) or a lobe, idk
- Umbreon: short black cat fur. The sleek, shiny kind.
- Leafeon: cat fur, but it sounds and feels like soft grass when you pet it
- Glaceon: deceptively layered fur. less soft because it's waterproof
- Sylveon: soft and fluffy and wonderful. Very fine fur on its flesh ribbons. Never understood why people were grossed out by those.

I bet their fur is the kind that's really smooth if you're petting with the grain but spiky and mildly pokey if you pet against it. Oh, and it's FULL of static electricity. For obvious reasons
