So far so good on meeting my daily goals! 🤗
Challenging you to follow along with meeee for the next 30 daysss !!:
✨ no alcohol/sugary drinks ⛔️
✨ 1 gallon of water a day 💦
✨ 30 mins of exercise minimum 3 days a week 💪
✨ meditate/unwind/breathing exercises/DO NOTHING for 10 mins a day 🧘♀️
✨ try to log what you eat/drink 😋

Took a sick day from work and it’s reeeeally eating at me to not go to the gym but like I gotta listen to my body
Also it’s chest day so like I’m not tooooo upset about not going to the gym lol
Solid Tuesday morning gym session. 40 minutes of weightlifting for my chest and tris and did about 10 mins of HIIT cardio 🙃
Chest press
Chest flies
Incline press
Decline press
Push ups
Triceps extensions
Skull crushers
Stretches to do in the morning when you wake up :)
Even better, you can start these stretches in bed!
Then, sit up on the edge of the bed, and do these:
